First of all I’ll start with she blocked me on Facebook, because I tried to expose her lies In the comments about her new sleep supplement “Renew“ She already didn’t like me, after we had disagreement through a messenger about her recommending people taking 10 mg of melatonin. Yes the bottle says recommend to take 4 pills. And then someone posted asking her if It’s all natural. Her answer was YES! It’s all natural and FDA approved without side effects. Two of these statements were absolutely wrong. First of all Melatonin is not approved by the FDA for any use. It falls under the FDA's Dietary Health and Education Act as a dietary supplement. Nor any other ingredients in her “Renew” supplement. Second of all every single supplement on earth may and do have side effects. I wish I could upload the picture of our conversation. I took screenshots of everything. I’ll make sure to make a video and send it to all health bloggers and even report it to the FDA.

TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH!! I found the yoga burn ad on Facebook and decided to purchase the set of dvd's on 6/12/20, charge posted to my account on 6/15/20 in the amount of $50.71 and expected 1-2 week delivery time frame. What I received by mail was a small, paperback book about the KETO diet, and I figured this was just a perk for purchasing the dvd set. I waited, and waited, and waited and the set never arrived. 7/14/20 I called and was informed that that is what I purchased, a paperback book for $50.71 and I would need to email, not call, to request a refund and return the paperback book. While speaking with the customer service gal, all I could hear was a rooster crowing in the background. Very disappointed and feel like they are miss advertising. I will never purchase anything advertised on Facebook!!

I own the monthlies, original, booty and trim core. I just recently got her subscription to inner circle. I absolutely adore the inner circle! There is so many bonuses, recipes, tips, and more. Because of Zoe my lifestyle has completely changed for the better. I have lost weight gained more flexibility, and changed my eating habits. I've never felt more accomplished than I do now.

I wanted to try yoga burn from seeing the adverts but after reading the reviews on here I was worried about the charging, fees etc so I emailed yoga burn. I got a response within a few hours, explaining what I needed to do to avoid the subscription, including screen shots of the box not to tick and saying if I decided to buy I was welcome to email again and they would check I’d only ordered what I wanted. I went ahead and ordered and emailed to check all was ok. Again they emailed very quickly to confirm. The link to the online download arrived in my receipt virtually instantly. So, so far all good, although I’m aching! Just thought I should share my experience to give some balance.

Felt the need to write a review after reading all the negative reviews. I used the Insta links and purchased the Trim Core Challenge via Clickbank. No problems or issues, paid once, received the digital access immediately and only got charged what I agreed to. There are lots of YogaBurn offers though so I can see how easy it would be to sign up to something accidentally. Just be careful with the small print!! The DVDs do take a while to arrive but as you get instant digital access it's not an issue. The programme itself is fab. I'm a beginner and am awful at sticking to exercise routines but YogaBurn is nice and quick - you feel like you've done a workout but it's easy to fit into your day and it's enjoyable. Zoe is very likeable and explains things really well. Thumbs up from me!

I am 66 years old and started using the Total Body Challenge and Trim Core Challenge programs when the gyms closed down due to COVID-19. I love Zoe and the way she teaches and have had great success. I subsequently purchased the Monthly series and am a member of her online community. The Yoga Burn team has been very responsive to my questions and have provided great support. No business of this magnitude is without problems but they honestly go out of their way to be responsive and resolve any problems.

I'm started phase 2 today and I have to say that my whole experience with Yoga Burn as a company has been great. I originally did research into the Booty Burn series but got confused and ordered YB instead (my own mistake) but it has been brilliant. The Facebook group has really helped me stay on track too. I would usually do an exercise for a few weeks and fall off but with this if I'm not feeling it one day I'll just pick it up the next and no pressure. Buying the series was a bit of a mindfield with all the extras that where free but after a short period charged so much a month. I thought there may be an issue with getting money back / stopping these services so I just didn't opt in. Really enjoying it so far, can see change in my flexibility and mood, excited to start phase 2 and start burning some fat!!

I ordered but towards the end of the transaction my screen went black. I panicked and messaged them straight away via Facebook. Within minutes I received the link to the videos in my inbox. I also received 2 private messages asking me if it had arrived and was everything ok!
I did the first class this morning and actually really enjoyed it. It’s quicker than the yoga I’m used to doing but I’m a beginner so have taken it slow up until now!
The good thing about having repeats of 15 minute workouts, is that by the third you’ve mastered the moves!!
I struggled with the streaming this afternoon but I think it was my internet connection (I did email them to ask if anyone else has experienced it pausing, but not yet received a reply).
So, first impressions have been good and I’m hoping to continue without any of the issues detailed in the negative reviews🤞🤞

I live in UK and have ordered a number of DVD which have arrived. I have applied for a refund and got it back.

A beginner to Yoga but programs are really good and kept me going during lockdown.

Even on Insta will get a response.. feel for those who have not had such a good experience.

This company never refunded my money when I asked for my money back the day after purchasing their yoga product and realising that perhaps I accidentally clicked some tiny-sized text at the bottom of the page during the process of buying their advertised $37 yoga package? - they took over $350 from my account! (There were two separate transactions on my bank account when I'd only made one!) I also ended up purchasing some monthly deal which I never wanted or intended on buying. (All because I clicked a $37 offer via Facebook.)
When I asked them via email for a refund (as it stated on their website) they ignored my requests and have never refunded my money.They lied about their claim that they will refund your money if you are unsatisfied with their product.
This company isn't making people's lives better - instead they are making them worse; tricking people into buying more than they intended - and during a global pandemic when people have little or no money to spend! Shame on them!

I just got started on my Yoga Burn journey mid April 2020! I started with the Booty Challenge program to start and see how it would go and I fell in love! I really understand why people are nervous to purchase this online (I was feeling a little scared at first because that is just how I am with buying ANYTHING online, especially if its the first time with the company.) Zoe just has this good vibe about her and I felt like I could trust her! I have had nothing but good experiences with Yoga Burn and Clickbank, I always receive instant access to the program I just bought and honestly have not had any type of scam issues happen. When you buy your item, it will take you through other extra offers you have the choice of purchasing or skipping out on, and Zoe does make this known that you have to hit the "No thanks" at the bottom of extra offer. I promise you, I have zero sponsorship with Yoga Burn, or do not work for Yoga Burn what so ever. I am just a happy customer who loves helping if I can! You just have to pay attention and read at the bottom and skip through the extra offers, if you don't want them. At the end, you get confirmation and thanks for ordering. I currently have the Booty Challenge, Trim Core, Total Body, Yoga Burn/Final Phase, and just recently got the free Ultimate Kick Start program. I also got her Amino H20 (Which I am also still waiting for, they take a while if you live farther away!) I believe I waited for a little over a month for my Booty/Total Body DVDs to get to me so please be patient, and you can always write to the support team, I did! :)
Lastly, I can't say enough how enjoyable her videos are. I am changing for the better and becoming so much more confident in myself. Not to mention helping me mentally, and I now stick to a schedule. I strongly recommend! :) -Angie

So glad that I read the reviews. Always investigate products before I buy. Noticed that the 5 star rating are often very long and extremely detailed, suspect that they could be written by Yoga Burn employees. Won't be buying, the payment process, in particular, has really put me off.

Omg!!! A complete zero star . I wish I had read these reviews before I bought . Such a scam !!! Took my money and I still haven’t received my program even after 2 months. I wrote negative comments on her insta and they blocked me there . I keep sending emails they don’t reply . I am so angry!! And worse is the kinds of useless affiliate programs she keeps sending . Even worse scams than hers. I got sucked and bought those too . Don’t know what to do now! Money down the drain . There are lots of free programs out there better than hers. Please don’t get sucked into this .

After reading the reviews on here I also looked up the reviews for clickbank, the company that take your payment when you order the yoga burn software and I'm sorry to say that I'm now too scared to place an order. I'm so disappointed because I feel this would be exactly right for me! I don't know if the yoga burn team read these, it seems like a lot of people are put off by this and clickbank have utterly disgraceful reviews, not a single positive thing said about them on trust pilot. I would definitely order if the company wasn't affiliated with them. Such a shame

I am so sorry that I didn't read the complaints here before purchasing. They send me the wrong DVDs , but they didn’t do anything to help. I tried to talk to them by messenger and it was really a joke. They send me the same message over and over again. All I wanted was to send this back so that they can send me the right ones, but didn’t even considered this option.
Because there was nothing I could do, I decided to use the DVDs but it doesn’t work. So I tried to send a message to ask what I have to... I couldn’t send mine message because they blocked me from their messenger.
I don’t know what to do now!!!! I paid 80 euro I can’t do anything!!!!

Beware, yogaburn only take responsibility for the package until it leaves USA. After that they wash their hands of it. If it doesn't arrive they don't give a refund. Terrible after sales care.

I bought the Yoga Burn Booty Chaĺlenge and Yoga Burn Trim Core Challenge.
The company was AMAZING to deal with! I got exactly what I ordered, no extra charges at all, prompt, polite customer service and Zoe made CERTAIN I got my program download links! The workouts are great so far and I'm excited to continue on!

Don't purchase! I watched the video for the booty burn program via instagram and opted to order the $57 dollar offer which included 4 bonus offers (that were claimed were completely free per the video) and then was directed to another video and opted to buy a small amount of the amino h20 and then all of a sudden I had a change on my credit card for greater than $600 before I even reviewed the order or authorized the charges. I immediately cancelled all the charges I didn't authorize via the links in the emails from booty burn which I got responses to indicating the orders would be cancelled and charges removed. From there I believe the company gave my email to multiple third parties because I started receiving lots of email from different companies confirming my subscription in newsletters, clubs, seminars and other groups. In shifting through these emails, I found 2 amazon orders I didn't complete so I immediately cancelled the card the used to purchase yoga burn and changed all my password!

I can't speak to the work outs but know dealing with the above scenario makes this a company not one I would recommend or utilize.

While Yoga Burn is great at home work out the company she uses click bank will scam the hell out of all your money even after you cancel stuff your didn’t order or sign up for.
Therefor get your work outs from someone else who doesn’t support scamming people!
