Honestly it is a zero star! I was shipped multiple dvds and had to cancel creditcard in order to stop being billed. And they wouldn’t take the videos back!! Total rip off.

Just wanted to order one dvd unbeknownst to me i signed up for subscription. They bill you month after month and no refunds. Behind that cute smile is a slithery snake. Buyer beware!

I ordered yoga burn in January. I read through and bought the DVD set and the digital online videos for about $56. Money came out in January and no link for online digital but the DVDs were on their way. Then funds came out again in February. Tried to contact Yoga Burn but nothing and the Click Bank link didn't seem to work. We were also in the middle of moving to another country so it sort of went off my mind until another $57 went out of my account today. I have spent most of the afternoon trying to sort this out. Apparently, I signed up to a monthly subscription... I can assure you I read all the print and didn't. I have, after hours of trying, finally managed to find out how to send a cancel request to Clink Bank... they will get back to me in two days. I will also inform my back to not release any more funds. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I have tried to contact yoga burn to access videos after I accidentally ordered. I went through a group of lengthy videos trying to sell additional things. I started to get nervous about this, so I moved to another site to read reviews. I returned to the site and saw The order was being processed. Ok, I decide to go to the digital videos as the ad says you can as soon as you order, and I cannot access ANY site for yoga burn that isn’t the ads to purchase. I sent 2 emails to yb customer support with no answer. I’m guessing they wait 3 days, so you can’t cancel. DO NOT ORDER!

I’m very sceptical about ordering these programs. If the seller was authentic, I would probably buy it. By the time you reach the actual purchase page, you’ve be bombarded with a bunch of nonsense. STOP HARASSING THE PUBIC!!! One more thing, I’ve read the terms and conditions. For a yoga routine, don’t you think it’s a bit much? It seems like there’s something you’re hiding. Do you need to be protected from something you’re not disclosing. Seems sketchy!

I was charge for the order before I even completed the order. I entered my card number, then went to another site to check on the legitimacy of this business. I saw negative reviews and reports by the BBB, so I went back to the order page and I just closed the page, thinking I had cancelled the order. Then they sent me an email from the bank where they do business saying to look for the charge on my account. I looked at my Junk Mail folder, and there were the emails stating I had ordered. I then immediately went to work to fix it. I sent countless emails, facebook messages, and even a "LIVE CHAT" (which was actually a robot). They basically said tough, it already shipped. I did not even confirm the order, but they took my card number and used it without my permission!

I absolutely love Yoga BURN. It is without a doubt the best fitness programme I have ever come across and I do not say that lightly. There are so many workouts that you can do and you can take your time doing it at your own pace. You can come back to it when you like and you can be as completely flexible as you want to be. But remember that to get results you have to do it! (That's more a note to myself!). I have seen my flexibility and strength improve in ways I never imagined and this programme is now part of my life. Honestly I can't recommend it enough.

There are ladies of all ages doing this programme and some of the life changes for those doing this are truly inspiring and humbling. It's the best thing you will ever do. But you have to commit to it and actually do it.

You will receive confirmation of purchase and a digital link, that I have downloaded to my phone so I can do my yoga anywhere. And you will also get dvds for the programs you have purchased.

I'm reading some of the negative reviews on here regarding some being charged monthly. I will say read what you are signing up to and ensure you tick the box to remove this option as you should anything you sign up to. I have found they are prompt with regards to responses to queries.

For those that feel it isn't right for them, you are probably like me and dont like exercise in the first place but you have got what you paid for so do give it a go and stick with it. I have discovered muscles I didn't know I had!!

With regards to the videos being of poor quality. Absolute rubbish. They are well and clearly filmed in lovely locations with very clear instructions and advice on how to do the poses. Zoe is a great yoga role model and if become half as flexible as her I would be a very happy lady. Namaste 🧘‍♀️

I love this program! I am on week 4 of OYB. I am 51 and really enjoy it! Moves are explained well and Zoe is great! Everyone complaining about being changed a monthly fee is silly because you had to have clicked that box to sign up which it clearly stated you would be changed monthly...

Wish I hadn’t ordered it now,

I tried one of the workouts but didn’t enjoy it that much and it seemed poor filming quality.

Although the DVD was shipped from Germany to the U.K., I can’t return it back to Germany, it has to be the USA which will cost a lot more.

I’m also worried I’ll be stung for extra subscription fees I never meant to opt in for, based on what other reviewers say.

Don’t bother is my advice.

I have read the reviews regarding customer service with the financial aspect of this product. First off, I received my order in a timely manner. It came how it is suppose to and was what I ordered. I immediately received my online access as soon as my order was debited. Second, I looked at my order vs my statement and noticed i was charged 2 different charges on the same day. I contacted Click Bank (who handles the charges), via instant message. I tried to look up my order myself but it kept saying the verification code was expired each time I sent it, so after 3 tries of that nonsense, I opted for the instant message route. The person helped me but their system was slow. It seemed like it took forever for her to reply. Hence the 4 starts. I asked her to break down the order and charges. At first she didn't know how to or what she was talking about but eventually she got it! I let her know my email that included the digital copy was gone that was sent when I ordered the program and she sent a new one immediately. I had no issues with the customer service side, with the exception of slow response time, and a rep who needed to be told a couple times what I needed clarified. Although, I know not everyone is going to have the same experience. i will write another review when I get the program going.

Well after reading many reviews where people are having recurring charges they did not agree to, not receiving the product, and being overwhelmed by emails afterwards I have decided not to purchase this product. I’m very disappointed it looked great. Perhaps changes will be made to the purchasing of the product.

I ordered this after seeing great reviews about the program. I accepted a free offer in addition to the basic package offered on my feed and I was charged an additional $AUD235. When I complained and asked for the order to be cancelled, they refused even though the order had not yet been shipped. It is now a month later and I haven't received any DVDs at all. I have instructed my bank to take action and I will report them to the relevant authorities. Zoe your reputation is being ruined by very bad business practices!

Great program.. bought tbc.. yoga has helped me alot with building core strength, overall muscle, balance, and flexibility. You do get daily emails..I just delete them. The recurring payment never happened for me. I just opted out everything they were trying to tack on as extra. Try it or just follow her on instagram. She puts out advice and routines all the time if your skeptical.

This is one of the few workouts I’ve ever been able to stick with. I look forward to using the programs and I own four. I have never had any issues with customer service or phantom charges. When ordering, it’s important to look at all the fine print and if something is offered that you don’t want, you most click “No, thanks” messages that are small toward the bottom of the page. If you rush through the screens without paying attention, I see how you could end up paying for something you didn’t mean to. The workouts are highly effective. I feel so strong. I was able to recover from an abdominal surgery quickly and by week 3 I could safely resume working out by walking and doing the Kickstart program. Since August my body is leaner, my weight is down 12 pounds and all my clothes are too big. The programs are challenging, but the results are worth it.

Super for the daily routine. Joined with face-yoga - for me it is perfect.

I am enjoying the program but like others, found a recurring charge on my credit card. One person says "as long as you select no to each add on you won't be charged anything extra"- wrong. I very carefully clicked NO to each additional offer (of which there were MANY- I mean like 10 or more! Ridiculous). Had to go back and forth with people at Clickbank by phone and email. I finally got my refund. Again, I enjoy the program but I hate the product pushing.

Ordered program and have not had a chance to start it. Only to see a charge on my credit card today which was listed as a "reoccuring" charge. I have requested a full refund and where I need to return what I received. Shady company to say the least. Disappointed as it looked like it was a great program.

Ordered Yoga Burn Total Body Challenge for the reduced rate. Electronic videos were emailed immediately after purchase and physical DVDs took around 2 weeks. Love this programme and Zoe is very motivational.

Re previous reviews commenting on over-charging, as long as you click 'no' to all add-ons, you're only charged the DVD price. I agree that the email deluge you get after registering is excessive. However, in one of these emails I was offered the Yoga Burn Booty Challenge for free (only had to pay P&P), so I was delighted I opened the email!

Overall, I would highly recommend.

The videos/program that are offered are absolutely wonderful and highly effective. The avalanche of emails you will receive to your inbox every blessed day is HARASSMENT! Love the program, opted out of future emails as it’s completely ridiculous the sheer volume in 2 short weeks. Helpful information is great in significantly smaller doses spread out even a little.

I purchased TBC before Christmas and am over the moon. It was a simple one off payment and the link meant that I could get started without delay. I had to wait for the hard copy and the band for between 5-10 days but that didn’t stop me. I started this properly over a week ago and am seeing results already. I love the support group as everyone is positive and willing to offer open and honest advice. Had no problems with customer service so I cannot comment on that. IMO Zoe seems to be a hard working individual with great values. I would recommend this programme. Just thinking about buying the TCC as well. Maybe another discount voucher will help me decide?
