Rip off inferior products and unethical responses to request for refunds and returns - AVOID- close enough to a scam

Buy your clothing elsewhere. The company is not interested in standing by what they say on their website or FB and you will get no help whatsoever. Probably the thinnest “query “ linen I’ve seen.

Wish I had read reviews! Not sized correctly..took a month plus and when I tried to cancel the CS Rep said they were out fir shipment. Putting in a complaint yo the company called as well as the credit card company!

Took well over a month for my 1 item order to arrive. Poor quality, so cheap. Not at all as described. The description of the fabric was supposed to have some stretch- this is just thin and poorly sewn. Also, the sizes are completely ridiculous. Extremely short legs, weird measurements, too small. Not at all like the size chart.
Awful. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered 2 sets of the "Women's Stretch Canvas Casual Working Overall Pants" and I'm not happy. They are not what was pictured and poorly made. They aren't even stretchy canvas as advertised. The zippers are decorative (not with pockets). On one pair, the zipper doesn't even work. It's too late for me to request a refund, but to be honest, I wouldn't even trust this company to process a refund. I'm just going to have to cut my losses on this one.

SCAM!! Cheapest crap I've ever bought off Facebook (and last item I'll ever buy). This item is defective, not made of the canvas material or made of quality fibers that it is advertised as. The size of the item is not correct based on the chart on their website. I'm so completely dissatisfied with this item and I want a full refund for this order...but seeing the other reviews, that’s probably not gonna happen.

Horrible company. Clothes are badly made and do not fit in sizes advertised. The pictures do not resemble the clothes. They say they will refund your purchases and then refuse to do so. This is a chinese scam operation. Don't buy!

Pants I got were poor quality, not what was advertised or pictured.trying to return them. They are giving me the run around. Want me to sent picture of pants when I gave them order information. I assume they have it on file. I think they have no intention of refunding me. Do not buy from this company. It is obvious they are in China. Did not know this when I ordered. Will never order anything advertised on Facebook again.

Terrible company. The products are terrible quality and definitely not made of bamboo as advertised all over their website. They absolutely refuse to give refunds. Cheap chinese products, yet are expensive. Not even worth 1 star and I wouldn't even donate the clothing to charity.

I will never order from this company again. The $35+ pair of shorts I ordered and received is an XL which is sized more like a medium.

They have no interest in exchanges or returns and actually suggested it would be better to just keep them and give them to a friend. The customer service I received is below.

The returned shipping charge is very expensive, is it possible you keep item?

Maybe you can pass it to your friend as a gift.

Do not buy from this company. Items are sent incorrectly and no accountability on refund policy or equivalent crediting. It is a Chinese company that does not operate with a return address.

I have requested numerous times to have a refund or the correct item sent instead they threaten that there is no return address and offer a pathetic $5 credit as a sweetener, then each time you reply to the email they offer $1 more... very very poor unethical customer service.

This company has no customer service. I requested a return and refund but company only has an email address. They say they will get to you but they don't. Item was not as pictured or advertised. Do not buy from this company. It isn't deserving of any stars. I still haven't received information to get my product returned and refunded.

I wish I had checked trust pilot before I spent my money. What a fraud. I'll see if I can get my money back via the credit card I used. The product I got was nothing like the product I ordered. No tags showing material, car instructions, country of origin. Not sure that's even legal.

Business looked legitimate on their website, but it is another Steal-photos-Manufacture-cheap-versions website. The photos are NOT what they will send you. I bought a pair of overalls that barely resembled teh photo, including the wash being a different color than the options listed. Cheap, flimsy fabric and straps too short to hook over the shoulder. If I can't get a return, I can report to the FTC.

This place is terrible. They say there is a hassle free return policy where you receive an immediate refund, but I have been emailing back and forth with them for weeks trying to do a simple return and they have been unhelpful and rude. The products are of poor quality and look nothing like what is on their site. Do not buy from here.

I was led to believe this was a California company as I had been screwed over by China based company in the past. Order arrived late. First time I put a shorts on, they ripped. Large women’s shirt was like a girls large. Tried to obtain a refund and was given the run around. I wasn’t going to let them win, but after eight emails, I have given up. If I could use expletives, I’d tell you what I said in my last email. Basically, they suck and do not deserve even one star.

This business is a total scam. Don't give them your money! Their clothes are shoddy, and they DO NOT do returns. They say they do; but then when you try to return your item, they have no idea what they sent you, they're asking you to take pictures of the item and to send it to them, your order number means nothing, and their emails are written in barely legible English. This is a very bad business.

This place is a SCAM. It took months to receive the item I ordered. The overalls size would fit a child not a grown women. They are unwilling to accept returns cause of "shipping" cost. Then offered me a $7 coupon instead, so i could shoo at their store again.
This place is a joke they will steal your money.

Like everyone else has said - DO NOT BUY. Their size chart is useless, products are not as advertised, and they do not take returns because the "shipping cost is too high". They offered me a $3 refund on an $88 purchase even though they sent me pants with the wrong inseam and they were not as advertised (not a stretchy fabric at all) These China based companies have got to go.
