Ordered the Women's Stretch Canvas Casual Working Overall Pants in XL. I normally wear a Large. They are of poor quality fabric and of course are too small. Waste of money. Do not buy from this company.

Don't do it!! Just don't - they can't communicate with you in English and returns are not worth the hassle. Clothes are JUNK.

Don't buy from them. The shorts I ordered were nothing like what I received. When asked for Return they suggested I rethink about it and perhaps I could give them to a family member, a friend or a neighbor. They also warned me that the return could take a long time. That's not what their Return Policy says on the website. I still wanted to send them back and asked for help with return address info. I have yet to get help. It did take a month to get the shorts. Lesson learned: BUY AMERICAN.

This was an absolute scam. Site said it would be fast shipping it took 2 months to get my order. Then what I received looked nothing like what it did on the website. Material was poor quality and cheaply made. Then when I contacted them to return the products they just wanted to offer me a $6 gift card and said couldn’t I find someone to gift the items to. So I’m out a bunch of money now. Wish I would have done more research before making the purchase so hope you can avoid the mistake I made.

This company is a scam! I received shorts I ordered about 6 weeks later and they were poor quality and were extremely small in size. They were not the size I ordered! I contacted costumer service and was given a 'round robin' response. Different people kept responding but told me the same things. I would have to wait 15 more days to return them and it would cost me more than I paid for the shorts. The address it was shipped from was cut off on the label. They also offered me $20.00 so I would not try to send them back. They told me to give them to friends. The material was such poor quality, I would never give them to my friends. They stopped responding to my emails after I wrote last saying they should give me more than $20.00. (I bought 4 pairs in good faith). They did not treat me well. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Sadly the shorts I ordered did not fit. The "30 day no hassle return policy" was important for me to know, as buying on line is unpredictable. However they did not honor the return policy. They emailed me back, 3 days after the shorts arrived, to say "it's been too long, they won't be able to resell them, and I should consider giving them to a neighbor or friend if they do not fit." I was shocked. They offered me a $3 gift card to use at their store, this was very confusing to me. I continued to ask for them to honor the return policy and they continued to encourage me to keep them saying they are very popular shorts. After about 5 emails they said they would allow me to return but I would be responsible for the restocking fee and the return shipping fee (alluding to the fact that all of this is more than the cost of the shorts). I gave up and just asked my credit card co. to dispute the charge. This is a Hong Kong company and I would have liked to use them, but i think they are just too poor to honor their return policy...they need to do the right thing and NOT offer a return option. They are choosing money over integrity.

Never received my product and they will not return emails.

Terrible quality; terrible service. Products took two months to get here. Three pants of the same size all fit different. Cheap thin material. Would not take back. Awful, awful. Not as pictured at all.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would do that. Took months for product, and nothing fit unless I was a size 2. Have been back and forth with customer service- a different rep every email- refuse to send me a return address; offered me a $6 gift card and to keep merch. Do NOT buy from this racket

Sent wrong size (bag label was correct, tag inside of garment was smaller size). Garment was visibly smaller than the size label.

Contacted them and they said return was too expensive and offered me a 3 dollar gift card to just keep the item.

Cost was $45.

I’ve filed complaint with PayPal and am waiting.

Clearly this is a total scam. Should be shut down.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a pair of cheap pants, they didn't even look like the pants in the advertisement. Reporting this company and going to contact my bank to go after them for my money!!

DO NOT ORDER FRO THIS COMPANY. I placed a $200 order and wanted to return one pair of pants because the button was missing and the other pairs were so thin and cheap, they weren't worth the money. After many many emails they still refused to accept my return request and offered me $5 gift. Hardly enough to make up for a $200 order and all the agravation.

Took months to get my order....when I did the pants were horrible quality & WAY too small. Will give them away as it seems everyone is having problems w/returns...TOTAL waste of $$$

Horrible quality. This is a scam. They give you the run-around when you try to return your cheap, terrible quality item that looks nothing like the photo. Stay away!!

This company is bull! Ordered over a month ago and STILL NO PRODUCT! Asked for a refund and was denied stating product was shipped.....checked the tracking and it was STILL IN CHINA! Asked for a refund 4 more times and was denied stating product shipped. Checked tracking number again and it was in the same place IN CHINA as the previous times I checked. Company profile did not say it was based in CHINA! DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Your product will arrive from a US location but if you need to return a product with their "30 day No-Hassle refund policy" you will have to ship it back to China! The pants I received fit a child, quality it beyond everything I’ve seen in my life. I’ve been told to give it to a friend- I don’t like it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! How is this even legal???

Don't buy anything from them! It's so deceiving! The products look so nice, but nothing I received looked like what I ordered, they didn't fit, and were made poorly! and it took months to get the products. I believe they were coming from Hong Kong. I wish I would of read reviews 1st! I tried to return the products and they make you jump through hoops, providing a picture of them & the bar codes. Then they told me it was expensive to return & to consider keeping them and they would give me a $5 credit towards more crappy products! No thanks!

Your product will arrive from a US location but if you need to return a product with their "30 day No-Hassle refund policy" you will have to ship it back to China! The yoga pants I received did not have a sewn hem. The hem was raw cut. The pockets were raw cut too. The pants look like they did not finish the manufacturing process. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS IN THE USA.

Ordered a sweatshirt for $24.99 and got the completely wrong item. After sending them proof, they told me it cannot be returned and I should give it to a friend as a gift. Also when I asked for my money back, they offered a $3 gift card to their website. Why would I want to buy more items from the company? Will never use again.
