Sizes way too small. When asked to return them they just said "give it to a friend." "The return postage is too expensive." They blamed me for not reading the sizing chart as well. This is for sure a scam, and I am so disappointed that I wasted my money.

I could have made these pants and I don't sew. The quality is horrible! When I email the company, they send an auto reply that they're not able to reply due to peak season. They will not return my item and I am having to dispute the charge.

I am a size 12 and wear overalls at work. I ordered size large overalls with this company and it took two months to arrive. The hem on the legs fell a few inches under my knees. The hips were so small, they couldn't button. The shoulder straps had to be let out all the way to meet the hooks. It looked like I had squeezed my woman body into a child's overall. I asked for a refund and the response email says, "Shipping returns is expensive. Can you just keep them and gift them to a friend?"

Materials, sizing & product DO NOT MATCH what is advertised. They try to dodge requests for refunds. I ordered an XL, what arrived might fit a 12-year old. Another crap scam company.

I wish I could give them a zero. The fabric and sizing is so bad it's laughable.

Very poor quality product received - sizing completely out and material not as described. Poor customer service - slow, obfuscating, ambiguous about return policy - 'if it's not a quality issue' - 'I can try for a refund, but'...!!!
Obviously the whole thing is a sham selling cheap reproductions of other products - Stay well away!

They have stolen images from other companies and posting them. I placed and order and they stole images form Dovetail workwear. I had emailed to cancel and they gave me a run arround and would not cancel my order. They stole my $86, I am filing a complaint with my credit card co, the BBB and will do everything I can to have them shut down. AGAIN DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! STOLEN IMAGES.

This is the worst company. Don't buy from them. Their order screen says hassle free returns. THAT IS A LIE.They send the wrong items and will not give you return info. They send a canned email saying to give it to a friend and offer you a 5.oo gift card to be further ripped off.

I ordered overalls, changed my mind as is I considered how I would use them. Asked them to not send/cancel the order as their website stated they would happily do. Product had not been shipped at the time. They shipped the product anyway, product did not fit and they stated that since it was too costly to return that they would suggest giving them to someone else. Did not give me info to return,nor is this information available on website. I think they should have paid for return since they did not cancel order on request. Lacks good customer service.

Horrible quality, horrible customer service. They said "no hassle returns" It should have said, no returns bc they do not allow them. I donated the shorts to Goodwill. I hated them. They gave me a $10 gift card but I never used it, their stuff is crap.

HORRIBLE business! I tried to cancel. They refused. I waited 3 months, never got my order and they said the tracker said I received it. They will not issue a refund.
I placed my order (way back in May 2020) and immediately emailed them asking to cancel when I saw the product was being shipped from China. They emailed me back and asked me to reconsider. I declined and they asked me several times to reconsider. After multiple times declining, they said I couldn't cancel because my items shipped (despite me asking to cancel minutes after my order went in). I waited for the package and it never came. Although the tracking document shows the package was received, I did not get the package (three full months after the order was placed). I've emailed SO many times and I continue to get the same messages over and over telling me the tracker says received and asking me if a neighbor got my package. I have notified them multiple times that I did not receive the package, my neighbor did not receive the package and I need a refund. I spent almost $200 and feel like I have been scammed. This company has not helped at all through emails and sends the same pre-scripted responses over and over. Nothing is personalized and no issues are ever resolved. This could have been resolved in many different steps throughout this process, but here I am almost 4 months later with no package, no refund and all behind an order I attempted to cancel moments after being placed.

Scam. Horrible clothes, horrible service, complete ripoff. Don’t waste your money, you’ll never see it again.

Definitely a scam. Like many other reviewers, I wish I could give this company a zero. First of all, it took months for them to fulfill and ship the order. Then, the overalls I ordered were NOTHING like what they advertised. The material etc was all wrong and the sizing is a complete joke. I ordered an XL and these look like they belong in the children's section. There are loose threads hanging everywhere, and they are so flimsy, I can actually see sunlight through the fabric if I hold them up to the window.

They are using site images from the Dovetail Workwear Freshley Overalls (I can't include a link in this review, but just Google it if you are curious) and shipping out AWFUL knock offs once they receive payment.

I have now seen these same overalls advertised all over social media under several different brand names as well - a huge bummer.

I wish i could give zero.
Awful product. The material and color were not as described, ordered an XL...these fit my 12 year old son perfectly.... horrible.
Save yourself the money and do your research. My mistake and lesson learned!

I wish I'd read these other reviews first. Had a terrible experience with this company. There is no return policy as I got the wrong size and it's crap anyway and they don't provide any way to return.

I am updating my previous review below. After having sent them an email politely asking for the return address and a label that I could attach which covers the shipping costs, I received a very broken English response as follows:

As the return shipping charge is high and need a very long time till we received. Besides, the refund will only cover or part-cover the product price, not include the original shipping fee. We sincerely suggest if you will consider again to keep the item. As I see, the style you bought is really popular and cost-effective, maybe you can give it to a suitable friend/family as gift or transfer it to colleagues/neighbors. Which would be perfect. Meanwhile, we would like to make up 5USD gift card for you in this case for our sorry. How do you think that?

"How do I think that???" Well, what I think is, no, I don't want a $5.00 gift card to be further ripped off, and I've escalated this to a PayPal claim, in an attempt to get my money back, as YogaPantsClub obviously doesn't intend to refund it.
