My package was slightly delayed (but that is to be expected at a time like this) and the customer service team solved it so quickly and kindly for me. They were excellent. The yoga set was well worth waiting for! It’s gorgeous quality and fits so well.

Great set! Love the colour, ordered the Green ‘Comfort Set’. Delivery took a little longer than expected but I am happy with my order.

Delighted with my comfort set that I purchased. Delivered in good time, perfect condition and so so comfortable and supportive. Can't wait for my next comfort set to arrive.

The delivery window for their items which is 3-5 days did not happen for me. I am still waiting for the dispatch notification. I have e-mailed a few times, and had zero acknowledgement. I sent a direct message via Instagram and am awaiting a response.

I would understand if they were having difficulty with supply and demand, but judging from the previous one star reviews, this is an ongoing issue for them. Perhaps they don’t have liquid stock and are ordering from another supplier?

I am a disabled consumer and purchased these items in good faith as I am currently trying to fight autoimmune illness, and exercise to try to balance my health. I chose this company due to their Instagram adverts and the aesthetic of their yoga wear. I am frankly disappointed. I have never had poor customer service like this. I wish I had checked Trustpilot first, as then I would not have ordered from them at all.

This is not how you treat customers. They have been posting on social media, advertising their sale on their Instagram profile, which indicates they are functioning. If only they put as much effort into customer care/service. I shan’t be ordering from them in future.

I hope my review is not erased like others claim to have happened to them. I’ve not breached any guidelines, and have written this honestly. You cannot take a consumers money then go silent, it’s fraudulent to state dishonest dispatch times. If I don’t receive my order by Friday 14th, I will request a refund. Which in itself I already predict (from previous reviewers) will not be straight forward and met with silence. Let’s hope I receive my items!

This is one of the worst companies I have ever had the experience of dealing with.
I ordered from them over three weeks ago and the item still hasn't arrived, despite delivery time on the website estimated at 3-5 days (this time frame has since been removed from the site).
I contacted the company twice by email and once through social media and all attempts at contact were ignored until I eventually left a comment on their social media which they never responded to but have since restricted so that others are not able to view it. They then replied to my emails, with no explanation as to why delivery was taking so long, or as to when I could expect to recieve the item, simply with a link to tracking which I had already been checking and which hadn't changed location for the past eight days.
I have cancelled the order now and am waiting for a refund. Communication from this company has been so bad and customer service is zero. If I could leave no stars I would.

The items ordered did not live up to my expectations but the customer service was superb. Returned items on Friday and received a full refund on Monday. Well done.

Terrible company

The customer service is shocking. Will continue to share this review until I am replied to either by Yoga Supplies about my return or when this company is unable to report negative reviews.
Please please do not give them any of your money, you’ll either never receive the items, you’ll get them and you’ll be shocked at the poor quality, or you’ll be chasing for a refund.

It goes to show a companies customer service when the continuously block truthful reviews, you can see how many have been block.
We have been waiting for a refund on an item that never got dispatched. Continuously chasing, no one responds to emails, there is no contact number.

They seem to be an eco friendly Uk company but they ship in all their items from China.

I purchased some yoga leggings on 11th May 2020 and the tracking has said “shipping” since 18th May with no further updates. They ignore my emails and my Instagram messages asking for updates.

When my order arrived it have several marks on it of which I took photos. So I requested a return address for a Refund . I enclosed a note explaining they were damaged and returned at my expense only to be refused a refund as they were damaged! Exactly the reason why they were returned. Now the company is ignoring my emails and when I placed a comment regarding this on instagram the page disappeared. Disgraceful customer service.

I love my new set from here - it looks cute and the material is great quality, soft and comfy.
Delivery did take a little while but no longer than they said it would. Would really recommend buying from here.

I first saw Yoga Supplies UK on Instagram and liked the look of the items, given their name also assumed they were a UK company, they may be based in the UK but their items do not originate from the UK! My order was placed on 12th May, I received confirmation of my order on 18th May, unfortunately It was all downhill from here. I have sent multiple emails, sent communication via Messenger, and resorted to contacting them through Instagram DM’s. Don’t expect a prompt reply. I have been told on more than one occasion that they are checking on my delivery and had been told on 10th July I would receive a refund (I haven’t) to receive an email today asking if I have had a missed delivery card (once again I haven’t as there has been no delivery!) I have requested a refund on 3 occasions now. Sad to say I do not recommend purchasing from this company and looking at the amount of reviews they are blocking I’m not the only one!

Absolutely fantastic small company, customer service is outstanding and most importantly the products fit perfectly and look amazing.

Absolutely awful company to deal with. I ordered a couple of items from this company and it took well over two months for one of the items to arrive. The other item, 3 months on, has yet to be delivered. Compounding matters is the absolutely terrible customer service. Any time I have sent an email requesting an update on my delivery it has taken well over a week to receive a response. Do NOT order from this company.

Purchased a pair of yoga pants which when they arrived were poor quality from china and size wise were tiny which when advised that they were being returned I was told that they stretch to fit which they do not.
Still waiting for the refund from the email I had over a week ago!!
Would not recommend to purchase from this company.

Like others if I could give this company a minus 5 stars I would. My order has never arrived after 8 weeks. Numerous emails which take days to respond to just quoting tracking details that make no sense.I was told my order was in the UK at the end of June, now the 16th July and still no sign of it.
I have requested a refund but am getting nowhere. They appear to be a UK company but everything is coming from China. They have reported all other damming reviews , I just hope this is of use to anyone planning on buying before you waste your time and money.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The product was awful quality and arrived weeks and weeks after expected. The communication was awful, no response until I sent multiple messages asking for a delivery update. The items come without labels and are very clearly mass produced with crunchy horrible fabric. The original price of £50 for the comfort set is laughable! Save your money and invest in Nike or even H&M for better quality and reasonable pricing. I’ve sent my set back and been told it’s not passed the return test due to makeup marks. There were no marks whatsoever so I am £25 down with no product. Please do not use this company. I hope this gets read before Yoga Supplies reports the comment as they have done for all of the other negative (truthful) reviews!

Poor communication, says its UK based but the items came from china, took over a month to arrive. After wearing the leggings for a workout there is already a hole on the seam of the calf. Avoid this company.
