Ordered a gym outfit + a set of resistance cables. Outfit came in a tatty bag direct from China not from YS themselves, loose seams + see through. Sent back and they refused to give me a refund because it wasn’t in sellable condition - it wasn’t in sellable condition when you sent it to me! So that was £25 down the drain. Awful, rude customer service whilst trying to get that refund also. Two weeks later and the cables still hadn’t shown up, emailed and got a response saying it’s delayed. A month later than that I emailed again because they still hadn’t arrived - was given no apology for shocking customer service and no delivery of parcel 7 weeks after ordering + they told me to deal with Royal Mail myself if parcel hadn’t arrived. Parcel arrived and the cables are again in a tatty bag from somewhere in China not YS and covered in sand. I’m a student and have been scammed out of £50 by this greenwashing company.

Avoid this company! Terrible process from start to eventual finish. 10 days after purchase they told me my item was shipped. Never appeared! After the most frustrating email replies (where they would wait 2 days to reply then you would receive a dead end, unhelpful response and have to start all over again) still no item! They then said they could not find my order number, then they could, then said it actually had not been shipped, then told me there was processing delays to then be finally told I had to wait 40 days to apply for a refund! Ive never received this item the company is a total sham!!!! And the customer service is appalling!

I ordered a mat 72 days ago!!! And it's not arrived. And it doesn't exsist on their websites tracking. The website says 5 to 10 days for shipping - hahaha yeah right!!! And each time I email an address, it closes and I'm redirected to another one. I want my money back, you robbing scammers!!!

I recently bought my boyfriend a yoga mat from this company and so happy with my purchase ! I really feel the yoga mat has a great energy and really helps my boyfriend get into his meditative state !

Been waiting 2 months for our item and have had to email numerous times but still have no idea when I will get my item. They pretend to be a UK company but are ordering from China hence the massive delays. Its fraudulent and misleading. They turn off their comments on their insta so you can't bring attention to their incompetence. I am going to be reporting them to trading standards if my item doesn't come within the next week.

I am so disappointed with yoga supplies. I ordered 2 items on 4 May; 8 weeks later nothing has arrived and the tracking number they gave me simply doesn’t update. They even sent me an email asking me to “review my latest purchase”, kinda hard to do when you haven’t received it!
Reading the reviews here, it seems that if your items are delivered then customers are satisfied with the quality but I’m afraid I’m not at that point atm.

Honestly, the best Small Business I have used in memory. The quality is second to none. It is squat proof and washes really well. True to size. Lovely customer service when I had a question. Will be buying more!! Thank you Yoga Supplies!

Love my Comfort Set! The material is super supportive and definitely passes the Squat-Test! Especially good for hot workouts as fabric is ultra soft and breathable!

I ordered a set from yoga supplies, when it finally arrived the quality was awful - really cheap fabric. Their returns policy is made to be overly complex, however I returned as they asked. A month later and no refund. Best of all they ask that you but the proof of postage in the return..massive scammers.

Last time I left a review here, they replied saying they ‘don’t accept soiled goods’ (item was perfectly clean) and that they tried to contact me by phone 3 times (absolutely untrue). Please never ever buy from this grotty little ‘business’.

I was recommend yoga supplies by a friend as she loved the set she bought so I bought some leggings and shorts which look amazing!

Bought a yoga mat for my wife, she loved the quality. Also quick delivery!

I ordered two sets of resistance bands at the start of May and only received one, took a few weeks but I wasn't surprised due to Covid. The second item has yet to arrive. I sent an e-mail, a few weeks after my first item received, asking when I could expect it and was told Covid was slowing things down, I have sent a second one recently but regardless of the outcome I am less than impressed. The tracking is a Chinese site and says my item is in Russia, which considering the company says it's eco-friendly and based in London is insane. The set of bands I received has been fine but I don't think 6+weeks is a reasonable waiting time.

Comfort set - good quality and lovely packaging

Very pleased with my yoga equipment, shipping was fast considering the pandemic.
