I was really impressed with the quality and fit of the products I bought. Given that I placed my order in the midst of a global pandemic I didn’t expect to receive them so quickly.
I did have queries but they received a prompt response from Camilla.

Delivery was on time and the products i bought were of high quality.

As someone wanting to get into yoga but trying to avoid spending too much, i am very pleased with the products and am glad to have come across this seller. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants yoga supplies!

The bolster took... 2 months to arrive! It came from China (and not, for example, a warehouse in the UK) so no wonder it took so long. When it eventually arrived, it was rubbish. Not appropriate for yoga restorative poses, extremely light, like something you can bounce and throw around, with soft padding that you could just squish like a soft cushion, essentially nothing robust that can hold your weight properly. The fabric was cheap and rough, and it's also too small for using in restorative yoga. Annoyed to have to send back, AND have to pay for the cost of returning.

The website didn't say it was coming from China, or that it was going to take two months to get here. It took a lot of chasing to get updates, and the tracking numbers provided weren't helpful. Then, the courier lost my package and they sent a new one out from the UK, which arrived today. Finally. It looks to be what I ordered though, and decent enough quality, but do not order it if you're in a hurry or unwilling to chase things up.

Nothing has arrived 50 WORKING days after the order, they are not replying to emails asking for a refund. They also report negative reviews here so you will get a very skewed impression of the client experiences.

Very friendly and helpful over email, although sometimes a bit slow to reply. It was easy to return an order for an exchange/refund, although it would be better if a returns label could be provided as I miswrote the address when handwriting it. The clothes are great quality, very happy with my purchase.

The service I was given was perfect, I was having trouble with the delivery and the returning of my order as it was too big and the way they helped me and provided me with useful information and gave a nothing is too much attitude. Beware if ordering from this company. I ordered a mat in April and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have been corresponding with Camila who has told me it was posted many weeks ago and due to the Pandemic things are taking longer but now this is ridiculous! The tracking number I was sent was not recognised either! Now I notice the email address has changed and I am now dealing with Olivier who is yet to reply to my request for a refund which I will not hold my breathe, reading other reviews, that I will get! AVOID AVOID AVOID. UPDATE :- I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER BUT HAD TO WAIT FOR 60 DAYS AND EVENTUALLY GOT A REFUND!!

I am happy to leave this 5* review based on their quirky yoga designs, i ordered a co-ord set that is very nice and The cost was very fair! This company also proved that they put their buyers first. I experienced something unfortunate but they handled is professionally. I will definitely use them in the future
