Similar experience to others who have shared their poor experiences on here. I only received one of the two items I ordered. Olivia's template responses throughout the month-long wait were frustrating and non informative. I requested to cancel and refund as she advised after a few emails that she could not give me an estimated delivery date of the second delayed item. On 31st May she replied saying they cannot refund items in transit. I was never even told it was in transit. Hugely disappointing. I repeatedly asked for a refund, or to escalate my complaint to speak to a manager, requested a call back and shared my phone number.
Update; Finally after 40 days post ordering, I was contacted by Will who was actually speaking to me rather than sending a template, which was much better - he processed the refund the same day and confirmed they will be working on their customer service.

Super happy with my order. Will definitely use again!!

It took 1 month for my order to arrive (during Covid19) so I didn’t mind. It’s worth the wait though, I love my set! It’s beautiful, colours and print just like the picture. The quality is very good, nice thick material. I had some other sport branded leggings i.e Reebok and the quality is the same if not better. I gave 4star because the “tracking” order system didn’t work for me and would be nice to know in advanced that shipping would take a while.

Reading the reviews on here is enough to put anyone off from ordering. But me personally I like the material and think the set is lovely. Yes it did take a while to come I think it was just under a month but with everything going on I expected it to be awhile. I really like the set, so much so I ordered another one today, for £25 for a top and leggings set, I think is a really good price. Would recommend, if your in a rush for the item maybe order well in advance to get the order in time. Thanks again.

This company was amazing I contacting them through Instagram and always got back to me there quality of clothing is amazing and super affordable for what you get they fit amazing and really hug your figure would recommend 100%

I ordered a two piece set in the 50% off sale.
It arrived today.
The set looks very nice, but the quality of the material is very poor.
It's just Chinese product, probably cost $5 on wish.com

I ordered a two piece set in the 50% off sale in May. Some good points and some bad points. Let’s start with the good.

Good points:
The set I ordered (Bright Set) is beautiful.
It looks the same as the pictures and is of a good quality.
The set did arrive.
When emailing customer services, they replied relatively quickly the first time.

Bad points:
My order took almost a month to get here - this is fine if you are told beforehand, but at no point was I told it would take that long. (There is a customs label and I was expecting the order to come from the UK so I guess this is why).
The tracking number did not work for ages (it started working yesterday - 3rd June - and my order arrived today).
When I contacted customer services to tell them the tracking number was not working and provided a screenshot of the details (which stated the package had been delivered before I had even placed the order) they told me that the package had been delivered and stopped replying to me. *Edit* they have now replied to me, but expect at least 2-3 days for them to reply to your emails.

So in summary: nice product, but the customer service is not great. I will enjoy using this set but would not order from this company again personally.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I emailed to ask for a refund as it’s approaching two months and my yoga mat did not arrive. I’ve emailed a number of times and Olivia responds to tell me the same bloody thing she told me the last time: refund after 40 days and email returns. Which is what I keep doing. She finally copied and pasted something that apparently proves that I have received my mat. I do not feel listened to or valued as a customer. Product comes from China as well, was very disappointed as I was excited to support a UK company. 0/10 don’t recommend

I bought the brick red leggings and bra set, the colour is vibrant and true to what it looks like online! the material is squat proof, which is always useful, as well as being light and comfy and easy to move around in, these is the perfect set to workout in or even lounge around in! I can not wait to buy more!

Purchase 2 yoga outfits, promised from a uk source, 1 didn’t arrive, the other did, Both long delivery wait from China, the one that did arrive, absolutely shocking quality. Asked for refund and where is the other package. No reply. Very poor quality products and service. Buy from them if you think your getting a deal, and ignore this review, you will be very disappointed.

I ordered it about 3 weeks ago and finally arrived! It is a bit of a wait, but considering the lockdown I didnt mind. I ordered the comfort set in red. Really beautiful colour! I am normally a size 10 in bottoms and 8 in tops and I got the medium. It is compression and I got a fright at first thinking the leggings were too small but after a while it moulds to your body and I couldn't imagine it any other way. It fits in all the right places and keeps your core tight, which is great for a workout. I did a workout in it for the first time and it stretched amazingly and was super comfortable. If you are curvier I would size up! But a medium fits me perfectly. Really impressed as wasnt sure about the company at first but definately worth it! Really really love it!

Great customer service and high quality items. Delivery time was fine considering the pandemic.

Ordered a yoga mat in april and it took 7 weeks to come! After emailing back and forth for weeks wondering where my order was I finally opened a case with paypal to be regunded and low and behold my mat came the next week. Quality is ok but it had a funny smell! Wont be ordering from this company again! Also the website say its uk based but my mat came from china.
