Good value and quick delivery
I ordered a yoga mat and some bands and both came quickly despite the disruption with the lockdown. Both items are of good quality and much cheaper than I could get elsewhere. I'll be back if I need another mat.

Happy with my order
I ordered a yoga mat and a couple of two piece sets and everything came in good conditions.
The order took a little bit long to arrive due to lockdown. However, when I asked them about my order status they were quick to reply and gave me an update.

Having trouble with refund
Having trouble with refund. The company had not dispatched the order after 2 weeks. When I emailed them, I received a response at 11pm (UK company?) which said my order had now been dispatched. According to their website and Royal Mail, it has not been dispatched. When I emailed to ask for a refund, I received a generic response with a link to updated tracking information (which did not work) and nothing about my request for a refund. They are also deleting other people's comments on Instagram who are asking why items have not been dispatched yet.

Order never arrived and so far the…
Order never arrived and so far the company is ignoring my requests for a refund. I get emails saying “try tracking your order on this new tracking tool” but the order number isn’t recognised.
Update: the order eventually arrived after I had chased it for many weeks. I appreciate that there were delays with all deliveries due to Covid 19 but this went on for months. The quality of the product is poor. I won’t use this company again.

The Order Number and Tracking Number are not the same thing.
Also, if you do not take the Delivery Slip to the Royal Mail, they are not able to deliver it, but thank you for doing so in the end.

Not recommended. This is just a dropshipping company that charges extremely high prices and then just orders something from Alibaba that gets sent to you. It's not made clear on the website that the stuff you're ordering will be shipped from China.
It's also worth noting that their returns policy is not valid. They say that returns are only accepted for two weeks after the order, and that returns are not available for discounted items. In reality, UK law means that you can return an item for up to two weeks after you receive it, even if you bought it on discount.
Edit: I can now see that the company is reporting all critical reviews to Trustpilot. Not a good sign...
