Returns take forever
I don’t have an issue with my order other than if you want to return it takes forever. Much larger resale companies are twice if not three times as fast. I didn’t find the description to be entirely accurate. Bag I purchased was “like new” and I would classify it as “Good.”

I cannot recommend Yoogi’s Closet highly enough! I have purchased several high-end pieces from them now (at least 5 Louis Vuitton items) and every single experience has been flawless.
I am extremely picky about the condition of my bags, but this company consistently delivers items that are exactly as described. These experiences have built my trust & loyalty. The items are always authenticated, well packed, and arrive fast.
I have never experienced any issues or concerns and I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
