I had ordered four pillows and am not all satisfied with the product (a case with plastic filling). I have emailed them several times for a return address as they say that you can return any item within 30 days if you are not happy with the product. They have replied yesterday to give me a £20 refund. I had paid £111 for the four pillows. I definitely do not recommend ordering anything from this company.

The items were very small and although i am trying to return the items to get a refund they have not so far sent me the return address despite sending emails everyday for the last week. All they want to do is offer a credit voucher and for me to keep the goods. I will never order from them again and would advice other people not to either.

They are rogues and thieves, the returns insurance is just a deception They will not let you return the items unless you pay the shipping and give them a tracking number. They have robbed a pensioner of over £60 for orthopaedic walking shoes that are really unsuitable and uncomfortable to walk in.

My husband ordered shoes from this company without checking reviews. He also paid returns insurance. They are not fit for purpose and customer services are doing all they can to persuade me not to return them. This is dreadful service - don’t use it!

Very poor rèturn service. Cost too much to return which they know. Advised to keep these narrow fitting shoes with just a £5 refund. Like others have written wish I'd read the other poor reviews before buying. Will never shop with them again despite being offered a £30 voucher towards the next purchase. Disgraceful

Live and learn. The support bras advertised looked to be a really good buy-so I purchased two. The reality is something very different. They offer no support whatsoever- no seams=no strength, sadly. A dish rag would not look as nice, but would be just as effective.

Ordered shoes. Took ages to arrive and they were the wrong size. They now have the audacity to debate this. Avoid this company. service appalling

I am being advised to be 'Honest , helpful & constructive' in my review but this is not how this company ( YooJe) operates. I have now read many reviews, sadly after my own experience, that retrospectively confirm all the issues that I had with the product. I read no less than 12 pages describing these bras ,including endorsements from experts, and I stupidly believed it all. When the bras arrived ( I ordered 3 with a discount deal) they were flimsy ; offered absolutely no support to breasts & the insert was not the same as the one pictured on the ad.
Their customer services - an email correspondence - only offered partial refund of £6 & a discount voucher to use with a subsequent purchase ( as if I would risk another purchase). If I insisted on a full refund I had to use their courier who would set a price which I had to pay. I was advised ( by them) against arranging my own return because it would not be accepted at their end & I would not get my refund. As my gut feeling was that they could claim anything against my return - didn't arrive; goods were damaged; whatever - I would probably be throwing good money after bad. My correspondence with them abruptly ended when I suggested adding to all the bad reviews I had now read against this company; and reporting them to Trading Standards.
Despite my dissatisfaction, they continue to send me emails with offers & incentives with suggestions that 'time is running out' for this latest deal. All absolute rubbish.
I dont expect to get anywhere with getting my money back so all I can do is make sure that other shoppers are aware that this company does not operate within the rules & their products are nothing like as advertised. So BUYER BEWARE - I have learnt my lesson for not checking first & will put it down to experience. I can only hope that the law catches up with them & puts a stop to this illegal trading in this country.

Do not contemplate buying from these charlatans for a second. Their product is not fit for purpose and their customer service a joke.
The website make all sorts of promises none of which are accurate and overall probably fraudulent. Any 5 star reviews cannot be genuine. I paid £29 for the drill bit that does not work at all. £2.99 for return insurance which is meaningless and £6.99 delivery. They even offer as recompense a discount code to buy more of their rubbish. They will not refund shipping, insurance or return costs (exorbitant to Shanghai).

Some of their gems:
“If the drill is struggling even in the regular setting, you might want to check if the bit is sharp and appropriate for the type of wood you're drilling into” - even though the web site says suitable for all wood types
“We recommend keeping the order rather than returning it, since returning is such a hassle and will cost high in shipping fee.” - back to Shanghai!
“We allow returns as long as you meet our refund conditions. Filing a dispute does no good, it just makes the whole thing long and complicated” – and any return acknowledgment or refund is dubious
“Now, if you insist on a bigger refund, it would also result in significant losses for us too” – after offering partial refund of £11
“otherwise we have the right to ask you to return the goods to us.” – following refund offers that went from £4 to £11
