Did not send what I ordered, sent an item I don’t want and can never use, not helping at all, if I had realised they were Hong Kong/China based I would never have ordered from them. Avoid at all cost, any good review is a scam don’t trust them

Ordered a titanium cutting board, almost £40. It eventually arrived. Quality is absolutely awful, with razor sharp edges. Paid through Paypal, advised to contact company first, so I have and asked for a refund. If not received Then it will be Paypal complaint

Bought pillows overpriced when they arrived poor quality one damaged
Requested refund ,getting all sorts of sob story's from them ,fake return addresses, they even saying that high return costs would be at my cost how they are allowed to operate God knows however its my own fault never checked reviews listened to the wife reading a story obvious made up about these pillows

The company keeps in touch with the customer at all times if you have a problem they are very understanding

Bought a robotic dog not as described atall cheap rubbish nearly £40 so angry they get away with this it's cheap rubbish do not buy awful to get a full refund sent millions of emails wanted to give me partial refund £12 so went through PayPal pal got a full refund

They sent the items quickly. That’s about the extent of the praise.

Item was not received and they conned me into leaving the below review on the premise that they would re-deliver my order within 5 days

Needless to say, my order has still not been delivered over 4 months after the order was placed. Nothing but CONMEN to be avoided at all costs

i bought four robotic dogs only three were sent i asked for a refund as they are not as advertsed i have had an e-mail saying they will send the fourth dog i again asked for a refund and label to return these awaful cheap imitation dogs i will be recomending to all my friends and face book family not to buy anythng from ths con sight

Every review I’ve read on this company points to them being a bunch of thieving scum bags. The take hard earned money for substandard, junk products and send useless rubbish. No doubt they’ll fold up and change name straight after Xmas and con different people next year. They should he ashamed to look themselves in the mirror.

A relative had already purchased these for me unbeknown so after a couple enquiries there was no hesitation in a refund being organised. In these challenging times it is good to find genuine customer service

Awful shysters wish l had read the reviews before l ordered the so called AI dogs which were nothing of the sort.No UK contact number or address :they should be banned from operating and prosecuted

I ordered 2 anti snoring pillows and changed my mind a couple of hours later after thoroughly checking customer reviews. They replied the following day saying they would try and stop them being shipped. However 2 days later I received a shipping notice, and then another email to say they had been unsuccessful in stopping the order but if I wanted to return them for a refund after receipt to let them know.. The following day I was billed £74.99. After they arrived I asked for a returns label. Since then they have been pressuring me to try them - I refused to do this as I had already tried to cancel, had followed previous instructions and will not be unpacking them as they are vacuum packed and it would be impossible to repack them.
Every step of the way their Customer Service has been obstructive and uncooperative. Since telling them I will not be trying the product (and my reasons) they have gone silent. That was four days ago. Thank goodness I paid by credit card. I will wait the required 15 days after first asking for a return and refund then the Bank will take over!
My advice: don’t go near them!

Update: refund of £3 offered plus a£30 voucher for future purchases. Offer politely declined.

Further update: after some exchanges of emails they have offered a total refund of £9 and say I will have bear the ( considerable) cost of shipping should I insist on a total refund. I don’t trust them to refund me even if I did return them!
Suggested a compromise: they pay return postage and make a total refund ( as I did cancel the order well before it was sent out) or a 50% refund. Watch this space……

Awful company & Customer Service who ignore the law, AVOID!
I purchased a pillow that was faulty, broken zip. First they tried to offer a replacement if I agreed to give a 5 star review, when I said no, I wanted a refund and would return the item, they offered a £3 refund (on a £37 purchase) and offered a £20 coupon for a future purchase ignoring my refund request.
They said that it was company policy and that any return would be at my expense. I explained that selling into the UK meant that the consumer rights act applied and any return costs would be there’s not mine, as the item was faulty.
They replied that they wouldnt do that and the final offer was a £4 refund, no replacement, they said that no company would give a refund witbout getting the item back but i would have to pay the return fees to China.

They have no idea around the law of the land (UK) and refuse to put things right.

Awful, avoid at all costs.

I ordered two toy dogs, only one came. After much conversation they promised to send me a replacement one "complimentary" if I gave them 5 stars. Haven't received the replacement yet.

Do not buy yooje dog it is a total rip off . Dog doesn’t work & looks nothing like as described. Wish I’d read reviews before I bought as it’s just a scam!!!!

But of a mix up on delivery address but communication good and look forward to receiving my order. Look forward to using company again.
