York Camera Mart Ltd Reviews 

I placed my order on the Easter weekend, the processing was completed Easter Monday and I was kept informed at every stage. My camera was delivered two days later - a superb service and especially so over a Bank Holiday!

This was my first time ordering from York Camera Mart and it definitely won’t be my last! I emailed the store asking about availability for the product I was interested in and they were really quick to reply and super informative, after placing my order they emailed me to say one of their colleagues would be willing to drop it off at my home that same day as he passed it on his way home. They clearly care a lot about their customers and didn’t need to go out of their way to do so, hopefully I’ll be able to pay them a visit in store too!

Took my macro lens in for repair. Unfortunately it couldn’t be repaired. I asked for advice on a new macro lens and purchased this. Staff all very helpful.

As usual, dealing with York camera Mart was a pleasure. They promise and they deliver (literally in the case of my camera).

Bought a bridge camera which turned out to be out of stock. Got an email the next day to say they they had been in contact with the manufacturer and the camera would be delivered later in the week. Kept me updated throughout and the camera arrived 3 days later. Same price as other online retailers but much better service!
