The Dame is a beautiful coffee, very refreshing with fruity notes that are not overpowering, for me a nice cup first thing in the morning hits the right spot.

I was happy to be able to send an e-gift card so that the recipient could select something from York Emporium. In the past, I have chosen the coffee to send, but I was always relying on my own preferences. I’ll definitely purchase another gift card in the future!

I recently discovered some amazing coffee from a local shop, and I am thoroughly impressed. The flavors are outstanding, and the prices are quite reasonable. What really stands out to me is their loyalty program, which allows you to accumulate points with each purchase that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.The customer service is top-notch, with the staff always ready to assist and incredibly informed about the varieties they offer. I highly recommend giving them a chance; you won't regret it.

I’ve been a customer of York Emporium for years now. It’s the only place I go to buy coffee beans. Their ranges have changed over time especially since they rebranded the company, and dropped a couple of my favourites, but the quality is still excellent. You can tell the beans are freshly roasted and they’ve added new products I love.

I recommend giving their decaf beans a try. I started using them a few months ago for making espresso based drinks at home after our evening meal. It has a very pleasant flavour and makes a decent crema. It’s easy to order on line and consistently arrives within a few days using standard delivery. The price compares very well especially with the loyalty scheme.

York Emporium are, quite simply, the best coffee roasters I have found in North Yorkshire, if not all of England. I love a rich, dark roast, while other members of my family prefer a medium roast. Between us, we have tried many of their single-origin coffees and blends, the beans are always roasted to perfection, bringing out their full flavor.

My current favorites are the French Roast and The Italian, both bold and satisfying. Others in the house are devoted to the Brazil Santo Antonio Chocolate Coffee, with its light, fruity notes. Whatever your taste, York Emporium deliver coffee that’s worth savouring.
Do yourself a favor and try them out.

Fantastic coffee bought locally. Super tasting coffee at very good prices. I especially like the loyalty scheme where you earn points for buying goods which can then be converted to money off further orders.

Customer service is exceptional, the staff are very helpful with any queries and really knowledgeable on the different coffees they sell. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Wanted to support a local business but their website died upon registration so I ended up with 2 accounts sending coffee. But I didn’t realise this due to them being a gift! Tried to cancel my
subscription over 2 weeks to no avail so I sadly have to say that their customer service isn’t great. Such a shame.

I regularly get my coffee from York Emporium and am never disappointed...my friend who has his own coffee roasting business (abroad hence not getting from him 😀) was suitably impressed with the blends. From one roaster to another...you're doing a fab job

York emporium have phenomenal coffee! I always go for the cupcake selection packs. Any café in York which serves their are also amazing.

I love York Emporium. Earlier this year, they brought a new selection of coffees which have very attractive packaging and a gorgeous website. Their service is always top tier and I would happily purchase from them again and again. They always keep loyal customers updated on new coffee and events. I would recommend!

I’ve enjoyed coffee from York Emporium for about a year now and enjoyed competitively prices decent coffee to use in my espresso machine. Ordering is straightforward and, although there’s a limited number of their blends that I enjoy, they are consistent and reliable. So why only 3 stars? The new website and lineup of products is poor and the promotions relentless. They’ve dropped my favourite blends and don’t seem to have replaced them with ones that interest me. The points earning system is difficult - I’ve been instructed to add codes to my ‘dashboard’, but can’t find this in the site. I’ve exchanged emails as to how to access this which resulted in my being sent a link; which didn’t work. All very frustrating. There was a promotion to receive a smalll bag of a new blend, which I added to my basket along with a regular item. In total this entitled me to free shipping (over £35). However I had to pay postage (£4.50) as it was a condition of receiving my ‘free’ coffee. This was ill thought out as a promotion and did not go down well with me.
I’ve been bombarded with emails in the past couple of weeks - 3 or more a day, to earn extra points, but as I’ve had trouble being able to take advantage of these, this has been more annoying than enjoyable.

Lovely Coffee, smooth , rich and beautifully packaged. Love the quirky designs on the packaging. Will be ordering again.
