The basket was great! Fresh produce, and the recipients were very happy. The shipping was delayed by a day, but that wasn't Yorkville's fault. I would definitely recommend!

It looked amazing when it was received. Only disappointment was it was not delivered directly to the address given, but sent to the post office and had to be picked up.

They don't care about how the product arrives, even if it is completely shattered. Very poor customer service. I feel robbed.

Selection and price ranges are great. There is something for every occasion and budget. I have ordered over a dozen to different locations and they arrive on time, every time.

Avoid this company. Products you select are substituted for other products without any warning (one of which was nuts which is risky for allergies), the balloon we ordered was completely deflated as well. In total 4 of the items we ordered were either not up to scratch or substituted for other less ideal items. When I emailed to complain I was asked to share pictures of substituted items...when I did this I was told "we can substitute items", so there really was no need to ask me to get the pictures. I would advise against using this company. Very bad experience

, after the fact .. order was easy, delivered in great time and my friend was over the moon to receive such a beautiful gift
