Used from UK to send a gift to sis in Toronto. Good selection of gifts and process was very easy. Delivery status was updated and proof of delivery provided. Sis was delighted with the gift and the standard of packaging etc

I literally scoured the internet searching deals for two days. Yorkville's had the greatest options- you can tell they've put thought into what clients would like to send as well as how the gift will be received.
The entire package is beautiful and creates anticipation out of the gate. With each element unwrapped, my daughter was more excited and felt the sense of occasion that I had hoped.

Gift from an Australian to expat friend in Toronto
I live in Australia and was looking to send a dear friend (ex-pat) living in Toronto a living and lasting gift for her birthday. I looked at several similar gift stores/florists and chose Yorkville’s as they had positive reviews and a good selection of potted plants.
I found the website easy to navigate. the communication from the business clear and responsive and best of all my friend was very excited to receive her beautiful potted succulent garden. Thanks Yorkville”s for making this experience seamless.
Unacceptable Service- AVOID AT ALL COST
I ordered two baskets a month in advance for an event and they only delivered one. When I called, I spoke to both a manager and a supervisor who couldn’t have cared less. Their only “solution” was to give me a refund or drop off the missing basket the next day — completely useless if it’s after my event. I even offered to pick it up myself or send someone to pick it up to fix their mistake but the second basket wasn’t even made and I was told that’s a “service they do not provide.” In other words, they messed up, and then refused to do anything meaningful to make it right or take any accountability for it. This company clearly doesn’t value its customers. Do not recommend at all

Very happy! I decided the night before to send a birthday basket to someone and, despite the last minute decision, Yorkvilles was able to deliver. Not only did their website have a wide variety of items, but there were also several options for upgrades or designing your own basket. They were very communicative and sent a notification and picture when it was delivered. The recipient was very impressed with the quality! I will definitely be coming back to Yorkvilles whenever I have an occasion to send a gift basket in the future.

When I sent photos and requested a refund I was told they have every right to substitute whatever they have available without notice. Items I received were broken, tattered and in disarray from the products to the box itself. I do not believe for one second there is ever an attempt at accuracy in fulfillment and they dismiss any accountability behind a policy that was not possibly written in good faith. How incredibly disingenuous to be promoting themselves as a reputable company. Please don’t give them your money.
I ordered over $300 worth of flowers…
I ordered over $300 worth of flowers cake and flowers with balloons etc for Valentine’s Day for my sister and we waited from 8:50am (they sent email it’s on route) and we waited till 9:45pm for the gifts to arrive.. nothing delivered, no answers throughout the whole day of trying to get ahold of them on call. SCAMMERS. FRAUD. Please do not order from this place. I have to call my credit card company now. So sad we have to research flower shops for fraudulent activity before buying in 2025… Ruined my sisters Valentine’s Day. Hopefully they can figure out who the culprits behind this are. Seems they been doing it for years.
Late Delivery - Poor packing - spoiled product
On January 10th, I ordered a sympathy basket from Yorkville's for delivery on January 13th. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the standard shipping time was 2–3 business days unless I paid extra. Admittedly, that was my oversight, so while it would arrive a bit late, I hoped a Wednesday delivery would still be acceptable. However, the basket didn’t ship until Monday at 5 p.m. and didn’t arrive until Friday evening—five days after shipping.
During transit, I tracked the package and contacted Yorkville’s to express my concern about the perishable items (cheese, meat, and grapes) being in transit for so long. I was reassured that the items were packaged to maintain freshness and told to notify them if anything was spoiled.
When the basket finally arrived, it was delivered on its side, with all the items glued to a marble board. The grapes were bruised and spoiled within a day, so we threw them out. Despite the vacuum-sealing, the cheese (brie) and meat were also discarded because there were no ice packs or proper cooling materials to keep the items refrigerated during the five days in transit. We couldn’t confidently consume the food due to concerns about safety.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the lack of care in ensuring the safety and freshness of the perishable items. I was so embarrassed by this experience that I ended up purchasing another gift for my friend to apologize.
Based on this, I cannot recommend Yorkville’s for anyone looking to send a timely and fresh gift.

Customer service is diabolical when they wouldn’t take responsibility for the theft of a parcel delivered without instructions to leave it and so it was subsequently stolen off front porch. They won’t even replace it and state the onus is on the customer to report it to the courier and not themselves.

Company are scammers, do not buy from them. They did not deliver the gift basket I paid for, never notified the recipient it wasn’t delivered and refused to give me a refund.
They wanted to charge new delivery charge for it to be delivered again.
Customer service were rude and attempted bullying tactics. They have cut off communication with me as I have had to contact my credit card company. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a bouquet online for Christmas from the UK, for delivery in Canada.
It was delivered ontime and in perfect condition, unfortunately the florist never called to arrange delivery as requested and the flowers were left outside in -14 deg temperature.
Obviously to say they froze.
When our relation arrived home she contacted us with photos as well to show the dead flowers .
I had three emails with Yorkvilles ,and in each one they denied any responsibility and then stopped all communication.
All I asked for was a replacement which I did not feel was unreasonable.
Very disappointed and won't be using again.

I won't be ordering from here and do not recommend them! I've ordered from Yorkville twice now. The first time the items were delivered but the note inside wasn't. I did query this with the team they just apologised and didn't even apologise. The whole point of sending a hamper is also receiving the message that comes with it. The second time I ordered a birthday cake I had chose to be delivered wasn't and also again, without the message. I complained of this and had no explanation over what had happened, no gift card etc as an apology. Terrible customer service. I explained to Valerie what had happened and she simply ignored what I said and offered a refund. They just don't care about their customers.

This company does not stand behind their product. I received a gift basket with high end chocolates that were stale. I sent a picture to the company of the chocolates showing the white and cracked item and told them they also taste stale. they said they will not replace the chocolates because everyone has different tastes. i had to throw them out. i feel badly that my friend spent alot of money on what she thought was going t be a nice gift. do not order from this company

I ordered a cake for my daughter to be delivered on Oct 9th. The cake did not arrive, thought we would give it a benefit of the doubt and have the cake arrive a day later. Still nothing and no email from the company. My daughter contacted YORKVILLE'S delivery only to be told the cake was damaged and that they sent me an email to advise - completely untrue as I never received any email advising of the damaged package.
I emailed from Australia saying if they could please try redelivering the cake. Within a few hours, had a notification that the package was not delivered and was returned to sender. The delivery address has 24/7 reception, and there was no reason given as to why this delivery was unsuccessful.
The worst and most ridiculous service I have ever experienced.
