We have just had Liam attend our practice in Stoke this morning. He was very efficient and got us on our new phones within a few hours. We love the new software that has been put on our PCs to work with dental+ so now we know which patient is calling us before we even answer so we can deliver a more personal experience. As well as setting up apps on our phones enabling us to work from anywhere and still make and receive calls from our business number.
Would definitely recommend Liam and Yo Telecom to other dental practices out there

Liam Joe and Khan have been at our hotel The Cheshire hotel in London, installing new WiFi through the whole building which has been working amazing and also allows our guests to log in and leave us reviews. They also have installed new phones for our business which are a lot more modern and helps sound much more professional when someone calls us.

I'm a dentist and the owner of small family run dental practice, and I’ve never felt more let down by a telecom provider. After being strong-armed into Yo Telecom’s migration agreement in December 2023 (I was told the previous owner would face personal liability if I refused), our phones have repeatedly silently died & we have hours of complete outage. In a small dental surgery, every lost call means patients can’t book urgent appointments, emergency enquiries go unanswered, and our hard-won reputation takes a hit.
I’ve read Yo Telecom’s Terms & Conditions, SLA, Complaints and Fairness policies inside out, and I know my rights: I am entitled to hourly compensation for every hour of downtime, can terminate for material breach, and can take this to the Communications Ombudsman or Ofcom if needed.
Despite promises of 99.9% uptime “with reasonable skill and care,” they have delivered a pattern of failures, unfulfilled promises at point of sale, and opaque “settlement quotes” when I dared to complain.
Fellow dental practice owners I’ve spoken with (online and at dental events) tell me they’ve faced the same nightmare: smooth-talking sales reps, downtime, and quick to blame owners. Take it from us: if you value patient safety and your practice’s reputation, avoid Yo Telecom at all costs.
I’ll be exercising my rights and I won’t hesitate to escalate to the Ombudsman or Ofcom if their assurance isn’t forthcoming. For any small business owner, especially in healthcare, reliable comms are vital. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Marvin Legara’s communication has been excellent throughout our project. Although we encountered some complications with engineers along the way, Marvin was always prompt in resolving issues and proactive in working with us to get things back on track. Jamie was a dream to have at the home, he is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It's been a pleasure having him here, we can't wait to use the new phone system, its very user friendly and will make communication a lot easier.
We have had a dreadful experience to date with Yo Telecom. The sales person visited us and filled us with confidence about the service that would be provided and so we signed up for a phone contract for our company. This stage of the process was very efficient as there were clearly sales targets that needed met. That was over 2 months ago and they have not yet managed to get our lines up and running (we were under the impression it would happen within days). They invoiced us for 6 weeks when they hadn't provided any service to us. The onboarding team are not responding to emails. Their internal communication is poor as they keep asking us for the same information. It is utterly frustrating and I am struggling to understand how the experience of others leaving a review is so vastly different from our experience.
