12 hoursto send you a digital giftcard is unheard of, plus at the same time they steal your card info

Tried purchasing using my credit card..despite using the right otps it dint go through. Really worried if my credit card info. will be misused and if I'll have to block my credit card. Avoid this scammy spammy website at all costs.

Gift voucher was missing 5k out of 6k and customer service ignored when i asked why
I got the money at the end - but they pretended that nothing wrong happened

Honestly i hate getting scammed and i wanted to give my friend a gift card and it said it will be activated within 12 hours they should send it instantly my order number is 1173951
And if you resolve this issue I won’t file complaints with

I bought e gift card and difficult to activated it. I didnt got The OTP, than contacted the customer service and they solved my problem. But still i dont recommend this site

i have bought 2 gift cards from this site because other store didnt had and this is the worst site to get it because they are lying about instant gift card you pay them right away but you get gift card in 12 hours while this is what site says when buying *Immediately*
also i was cancelling my gc last time and support didnt even reply to my mail till the card arrives and then saying we cant because i got the card worst support and site this is what i get in mail when its instant Your eGift Cards will be activated within 12 hours Lies

Worst service, they lure the customer by saying card validity is expired, they want to lure customers just by making them fool.

The worst gift i have ever recieved...and worst customer service...no solutions offers..they keep repeating the same rules over and over..
I decided to buy from an outlet, when i tried using it, i didnt receive any OTP. Called the customer service, asking to cancel the voucher as i am not receiving any OTP they said it cannot be done. And till now i am not able to spend MY MONEY...
I dont recomment it to anyone.
Instead get a mall gift card...at least there are actual people you can talk to if you have an issue and who would try to actually help...

EDIT: After a couple of days they finally resent the Gift Code to my real E-Mail Address and I could use it.

I bought a Gift Card on the 31th of December.

I tried to signup but could not get the Verification Code on Mobile so I just signed in as a Guest. To my surprise after paying, the order confirmation was sent to a fake E-Mail Address wither Letters / Numbers (It's not a real E-Mail address and of course I don't have access to it).

I sent an E-Mail to their support from the "Submit a Request" Page explaining everything in detail and attaching the Image that I got showing the Fake E-Mail Address. I received an E-Mail that they would check this under Request #212126#.

Next day I received a robotic answer from their Customer Support that the Gift Card was sent to the Fake E-Mail Address (Yes, I Know, That's why I opened the support Ticket in the first place!!!) and asked them to resend the same Gift Card to my real E-Mail Address. I even offered them to give the last 4 Numbers of the Payment Method as Verification.

I sent another E-Mail on the same Request and to my surprise, I received an E-Mail asking me about the Support Experience. They basically closed the Ticket without any confirmation from my side!!

They basically sent my Gift Card to a Fake E-Mail Address and are not responding and I basically wasted 50$.

I will update this review if the issue gets solved but until then, BEWARE BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Huge scam in the background is possible, do not share personal information .....I wanted to purchase 10 gift cards for 500 dirham each for employees. But after reading the reviews I stopped but had filled in some information already. In less than a few hours the profile of the company was copied and someone sends a whatsapp message to company mobile pretending to be the owner with owner profile photo and name asking to purchase10 iphone gift cards @ 500 dirham each scratch and send the code.

Somebody hacked my credit card information and placed an order from this website. Immediately I did contact the customer support of YouGotaGift and the agent was very kind and helped me to block the transaction and processed a refund to my credit card. I received the amount refunded to my card account within one week.

You Got a Gift has become my go-to gifting option. The gift cards offer so many options that friends and family can choose to use it anywhere they like either in the mall or specific stores. Their customer care is also super helpful so bonus points here. On the plus side, I also like receiving their gift cards.

Complete scammers they use phishing to get your credit card details then try to empty as much as they can from you account . stay away !!!!!

I purchased a gift card today and requested delivery today itself as it was a birthday gift for today. I sent multiple emails requesting same day delivery. But they dnt even respond. They take the money and just sent automated reply. Please dnt tell to email.I already sent multiple emails. People use your service to make things special for their loved ones and you just wanna grab money.

I have purchase Extra gift card from them but when want to redeem it shows that the card has been redeem. Ive tried email them, chat and call nobody answer..Now ive lost 300SAR..this is a SCAMMING company..do not buy anything from them
