After having zero visits from prospective buyers over 6 months I changed to Youngs. Wow! what a difference, a one to one experience with Jason and his team. The personal touch from Jason and his team was exceptional. Start to finish was just 8 weeks until sold and completed.

Absolutely no communication whatsoever, they never get back to you and have strung me along the whole way through.
They claim that they are 24 hours and will keep you informed but I have had to chase them for everything and all information. Young’s residential are very unprofessional and I would never use this company for any viewings or sales again.

We recently sold our house with Young Residential and I'm so glad we went with Duncan and Beccy over previous agents we had used on the high street. Their service is far more personable and I felt they went above and beyond to get the sale over the line. Highly recommended.

Jason has largely been dealing with the purchase of our onward property and has been very professional and friendly in all of our dealings. Both Luke and Dan have been involved in the selling of my property and even hosted an open day for people to view my property (this was valued, listed and sold all within 10 days!) - they are all just fantastic people to work with and I would highly recommend... they make what could be a very stressful process, very easy!!

Over the past 25 years my husband and I have bought 6 properties and sold 4. The estate agents which we had for the sale before last were so useless that I vowed never to use one again, however we needed someone to value our property and Jason was so engaging, well informed and professional that after meeting with him we cancelled the other valuations and decided to use him. The sale should have been straightforward. We were in the lucky position of having bought and moved before listing for sale and an offer was made by a couple who told us that their finance was in place and there was no chain as they were selling their houses to a relative who did not need to sell to complete the purchase. Actually the buyers had misinformed us on practically every point and they seemed to be completely ignorant as to how the housing market works. To say it was a “difficult sale” does not even begin to convey the frustrations. Jason was absolutely superb. He followed our requests to the letter and even nudged the buyers along as they did not have an estate agent of their own to guide them and were using the most incompetent one stop mortgage / Conveyancing company for the purchase. After three missed deadlines and the revelation that we were in a chain of 5 we were ready to pull out of the sale but Jason stepped in and took control. The buyer was incredibly rude on a number of occasions but Jason remained polite and professional and the sale eventually went through. Home selling in the UK is a challenging process and having an experienced estate agent who you can trust really reduces the stress. We would recommend Jason to anyone buying or selling a house.
