Unfortunately I booked the appartment in Bulgaria via Your rentals and the service was extremely bad at the place. I complained to the company Your rentals and demanded a price reduction according to the Danish law. The company customer service just said "fuc* you" in a very nice way. Very disappointed with this company and the service they rpovide. I don't recommend this company.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4 room apartment in the heart of Copenhagen. The location is perfect, close to harbor, restaurants, and sightseeings. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. This apartment is a gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, spacious and convenient place to stay in Copenhagen.

The only problem we had was an ongoing repair around the house walls that made us wake up early.

We were four girls travelling to Copenhagen for a cultural visit. It was a short walk to everything, grocery store just a few meters away and a delicious Indian takeaway place across the street from the apartment.
The apartment was really cozy and rather clean. The beds were absolutely great and comfortable.
We had a great stay and would recommend 😁

"A company's true service becomes apparent when something goes wrong."

I rented a holiday home for the short term. They lied to me via the bookingsite about the facilities within the house and therefore i canceled (two hours later).

And now they don't want to pay anything back because these are the rules. Their own rules! When I write to them that I have been incorrectly informed, I receive standard answers.

My conclusion is that once they have your money they absolutely don't want to pay it back, even if they themselves provide false information.

Host was excellent during check in and throughout the stay. Apartment was in very good condition and had all amenities. Would happily stay there again.

We loved our stay in this beautiful and well-equipped apartment. And what a location! The host was super responsive and friendly. Communication was easy. We would absolutely rent again next time we are in Copenhagen.
