Your Building Inspector service was awesome from start to finish. Easy to book, great price and the agent said he was 10 minutes early! I wasn't there but he called me after the inspection and took me through the issues identified even before I received the report that day. They do what they advertise, 'next day booking same day report' and are very thorough! I would have know hesitation in recommending them.

Reliable, easy to deal with and the turn around was fast, taking only two days. We haven’t felt confident in companies we have used previously but the inspector ‘your building inspector’ supplied us was extremely knowledgeable and gave us the confidence we needed

I can’t fault this service. Your Building Inspector was very easy to book in, the inspection was done promptly and I had my report on the same day.

Your inspector agreed to come at 1.30 pm but he came at 2.30pm. He didn't check the roof and roof leaking.
He didn't check the plumbing /leaking as well. I couldn't ask him anything because he came late. I was in hurry to go back because I had to start my duty at 4'clk.

These guys were great! I called and was able to get an inspector out the next day. He was diligent, on time and provided a really thorough report. I couldn’t stay for the entire inspection so he also called once done to go through a few things with me. Super happy. Will be using them again. Highly recommended.

To begin with, Emily is the delightful lady who answers your call. She is wonderful to deal with on every level. Great communication with phone and email. Let's you know the cost straight away which is very reasonable. The building inspector was efficient and had good communication. Highly recommended indeed.

I chose my building inspector over rapid building inspectors but I wish I hadn’t. No detail on building materials was provided - after reading the whole report there was no confirmation of exactly what the house is built from. I know it is not going to fall down but that is all I know.

The response time for the inspection was super quick. The inspector turned up right on time. And the rates were very reasonable. Highly recommended. Would use them again.
