We had to wait a year for these to be in back in stock due to shortages in parts etc, but eventually we got one. It was a quick and easy process to purchase only downside we had to collect from the shop. Would have preferred to have it shipped.

I needed some profile ends for my trigano folding camper (not easy to find) in fact the only place I could find these little things was your caravan shop.
I'm know I should be but I'm not very confident with ordering off websites that I don't know. However being the only place to sell them I ordered and 3 days later they arrived.

The caravan shop sent my plastic lock covers by Yodel. YODEL recieved them on the 6th June and as it was such a small light weight package I expected it to arrive pretty quick but every day I checked the tracking it said "in
transit " even today which was day 6 but it did arrive. Such small items could have come by the post office in 48 hours. At a cheaper cost. Maybe you should review the courier you use.

Product has not been delivered. I have had no contact from the delivery company since the first email with the reference number and their tracking system can not find my parcel. So a really bad experience for me as I have had to cancel the fitter.

Caravan Shop did very well, the carriers let me down

Must be very busy people but Maciej help me out brilliantly. I bought a motor mover and adaptor plates and he took photos of their caravans to help me out with fitting the brackets.

I would rate this company at zero stars if possible but one is the lowest.
The order confirmation I received from this company stated 2-3 working days for delivery. After a week I emailed them to ask where my items were but got no response at all. After seventeen days without the items arriving I am now pursuing a refund via PayPal.

Only get 48 hrs to notify return, I didn’t realise this until it was too late
