Really good service

After getting ourselves in a bit of a pickle we really needed help and this wasn’t as easy task we felt like we failed but the customer service representative Bobby was so helpful! He didn’t make us feel judged in anyway and was so helpful, supportive and really understanding.

Ryan and Gavin made me very comfortable…

Ryan and Gavin made me very comfortable to talk about my debts. This isn’t something I’ve felt I could do with anyone before. I felt like they were giving me all the best options to support me and supported me to find the best solution for my circumstances.

I contacted the service due to financial difficulties and I needed a solution I could maintain without falling ill.

I contacted the service - with ongoing financial stress which was affecting my physical and mental health as I stuck my heels in and thought work harder - but the more i worked harder and longer the more the government took off me - they tax you on your wage and then you a lump sum deducted but then assess your universal credit on the salary before tax deduction - which means you get penalised twice - i was struggling to make ends meet - and stayed quiet for 3 months - struggling in silence due to the change from tax credits to universal credits and the rise in costs - there is no winning for the honest hard working people - feeling embarassed I contact the service and the handler surely and slowly made me feel comfortable and reassured me and made me feel valued - I could have cried but held my tears back - I am hoping a solution is reached as I am still in the application process stage. Give them a call if you are struggling - I spoke to two lovely handlers and they were compassionate and respectful at the same time professional without the coldness.

Really helpful

I filled out my details Sunday morning not expecting anything to happen until later in the week. In less than an hour I was on the phone with Kevin M who was very respectful, considerate and supportive while we went through my finances in detail. When I was unable to download my bank statements he was very patient and talked me through what I needed to do. He could tell I was both nervous and upset and he did what he could to calm and settle me. Once we had completed his form and he explained my options he put me through to a lady called Natasha who was just as kind and patient. I initially asked her to call be back as I was overwhelmed by everything that I had gone through in such a short space of time and I just wasn't quite ready. Natasha was extremely punctual and called me back as planned. She calmly went through everything she needed to, asking me if I needed anything explaining to ensure I understood. We got disconnected a couple of times, but each time she called back and was very pleasant and non phased when she returned the call. At one point she even tried to save me some time, unfortunately technology failed us yet again.
Both Kevin and Natasha made this process manageable and didn't make me feel undervalued in any way. Their support and kindness was incredible and more appreciated then they realise.

Outstanding customer service received

I received excellent advise. The devotion and knowledge of those on the other end of the line really stood out, plus their comprehensive knowledge of the different options was evident throughout our conversation, and their ability to deliver clear and simple information made it simple for me to understand. I left the conversation feeling well-informed and secure in my decisions.
