I was a little apprehensive regarding a private ECG, after all I could have possibly achieved an ECG via the NHS, albeit with a long wait. However, using Your Heart Scan even with payment, I felt the whole experience was well worth it, great value for money. Riaan Nieuwoud greeted me, very friendly explaining everything clearly. During the process Riaan was able to answer my questions, was extremely reassuring and undoubtedly knew his stuff.
Think of it as an MOT for yourself, worth checking under the hood periodically. Highly recommended - thank you Your Heart Scan.

Very professional throughout and always have time to talk to you regarding what can be a stressful time of worry. Personally I had the odd flutter as a keen sportsman this was scary but my mind has been put at ease thanks to this great service.

Top class service in a relaxing environment

Booking my echocardiogram was straightforward and I choose to do this by telephone so I could also ask questions. Next day appointment was available. Finding the location at the club was signposted. I felt relaxed having my echocardiogram knowing that the room was private, and my privacy and dignity was maintained throughout the process. I would recommend Your Heart Scan for politeness, meeting patient needs and access to diagnostic services.

I had some concerns about my heart and, in particular, the regular palpitations and ectopic beats I get. I wanted to get an echocardiogram so did an online search and found Your Heart Scan.

The booking process was very straightforward and efficient and it was great to see that the practice is within a golf & country club. We actually had lunch there after the appointment and it is a much more pleasant environment than a hospital.

The appointment took around 30 minutes and, again, everything was very efficient.

The cardiologist, Claire, was very pleasant and was very prompt and thorough in some follow up questions I had about the results. The results came through a couple of days after the consultation.

All in all, I was very impressed with Your Heart Scan and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants to check their heart health.
