Bad Experience
I booked a holiday for 2 people for turkey with Your Holiday Guide in feb which was for 7 nights starting from 04/03/2019 . Unfortunately my wife is got ill and is not fit to travel and we have to cancel the holiday. They have advised us at the time of booking that its non refundable .I called them today to cancel as its 24 hours prior departure but they would not consider my situation and would not refund as their supplier T&C's .
My overall experience is bad
