I have been living with antisocial…

I have been living with antisocial behaviour and fly tipping for 10 months and after a a verbal warning, 2 written warnings, a face to face meeting, a pre court letter for an injunction, environmental health noise pollution officer sending a warning letter, putting equipment in for noise levels and still its continued. This goes on from 8pm til 7,8,9 in the morning. Its effected my son and effected me. The police dont do anythin either. Theres also been a numerous police visits for kicking off with a numerous of lads and still social services dont do anything either. I had reported to UCAN, the local MP, Citizens advice who all told Me to report it to the people i had already spoken to. No one should have to live with this. Your housing sends out a brochure every year and states it deals with 97% of cases and its risen by 33% i must be the 3% it failed. In result of this lack of involvement i am moving out and it cant come soon enough. I feel sorry for the next tenant that moves in. No respect for anyone.

These are an absolute disgrace

These are an absolute disgrace. I’ve had an anti social neighbour for five years above me I’ve complained none stop and they advised I should pay for sound proofing. Then gave me a noise app that was utter crap. Useless. I’ve no bedroom as it’s in the living room. I go to my doctors for sleeping pills. When I complain to him upstairs he floods my flat. 16 weeks of flooding until the bathroom ceiling came crashing down. They reluctantly gave me pennies for all the damage. They’ve had to come out and fix the intercom five times last year because he tags it out if I buzz his door at 4am to turn the radio chat shows down. This has caused me terrible stress even suicidal thoughts
They don’t give a shit about the tenants and the nutters and anti social tenants are given priority over us because of their mental health. But what about mine?
I have developed heart disease in the past two years. I’ve also had plastic surgeries for a devastating illness and can’t recover properly.
Almost six years of this annd your housing are a disgrace I wish I’d never gone with them.
They’re now advising me to move out instead!
It’s with a solicitor now as I’ve had enough. I’m seriously ill.

Avoid this social landlord at all costs

YHG is not just the worst landlord I have ever had but also the worst company in general that I have come across in almost 50 years. I honestly can't wait to find a new home and not have to deal with these people ever again. Useless at every level.

Disgusting is all I can say

Disgusting is all I can say.
My garden has been flooding for 2 months still no drain still not resolved I woke up last week after a rain storm to find my kitchen flooded with rain water because the flood is that bad since they have done a repair in my garden and even that looks like they’ve had school boys out to to the job it’s an absolute mess despite 21 phone calls in the last month they still don’t know when they can come out even tho the flooding is now so bad it’s coming through my kitchen hen back door absolute discrace

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with your housing group ltd.
My family and I have been living with serious safety, hygiene, and security problems for a very long time, and nothing has been properly fixed despite many reports.
Building security is terrible – the main gate and entrance doors are broken, so anyone can walk inside the building.
Homeless individuals often enter, especially in cold weather, and many are drunk or intoxicated. As a young woman living alone with my 3-year-old daughter, this has made us feel unsafe in our own home.
The building has CCTV, but it is not monitored or used to prevent crime.
We have had repeated thefts, including three incidents where our shoes were stolen, and both my bicycle and my husband’s bicycle were taken.
There is a severe rat problem, and rats have even chewed electrical wires.
There is a continuous cockroach infestation in the kitchen and bathroom.
There are major electrical faults in the building. A qualified electrician confirmed that the wiring problems are in the building, not in my appliances.
These conditions are not acceptable for anyone, especially families with young children.
I have asked for help many times, but the issues remain unresolved.
I hope this review encourages the landlord to take responsibility and finally provide safe and decent living conditions.

Been left without heating and hot water…

Been left without heating and hot water for 5 days now keeping calling to ask when my boiler is going to get fixed only to be told it’s a 24 hour repair and they’ll be out soon

Fenney is the female Joe Anderson so corrupt Conflicts of interest and Bullying.

This corporation is so corrupt. They nearly pushed my girlfriend, who is ill, to end her life. She lost everything, but not her dignity. She has a Handicapped son who has the mental age of a child and is gay. And they let an old neighbour bully, harass and lie about my girlfriend and son until she snapped. This neighbour worked for them voluntarily, and every other neighbour in the street had a party when she passed. She bullied everyone. Even the old vicar of the church was terrified of her. Just because a woman or a man is a pensioner does not give them the right to break the law. I still go into the street and have a cuppa with a neighbour that I will not name. Baxter said she hated my girlfriend as soon as she moved in. When my girlfriend's Mum was alive, and they went to view the house, a woman with a shopping trolley said to my girlfriend and her Ma. You need to watch her in number 13; she is not a nice woman. To this day now my GF always regrets taking the property. She spent thousands on that house. Memories of her late Mum and her Son and us all having a laugh with one of the neighbours when a rat went into her kitchen, and I had to trap it. It was so funny. She did the Garden up like a palace and loved her cats. She has never been the same since she lost her Mum and her home, and is in and out of the hospital with respiratory failure and depression. She hates injustice tho and understands the law. A member of staff tried to gag her over what went on, and the solicitor they wasted money on knew she knew the law. The judge in a civil case was terrified of her cause; she knew the law. They wasted about 15k of your money on vexatious civil claims that went nowhere. No Judge signed the order; it was null and void. This unit was an ex-magistrate and was harassing me and my Sister, who works in a better job than this housing officer and is on more money than this fat sow. We were being harassed and questioned by this big gobbed f@t unit, called Fenney, in a criminal court, trying to intimidate us, thinking my GF had nobody, so we had to give sworn witness statements to help her over this for a criminal case that is now being looked at again, as this old tw@t neighbour lied. Fenney also tried to intimidate me by getting a lad bigger than me when I had to get her furniture out. I am 6ft 4. It did not work, you f@t old nasty ugly Sow. I wonder how much they paid for the bouncer to try and intimidate me? My Sister is doing SAR requests for my GF to find out who the thugs are. And my GF will get justice. All of her data was breached by these b@strds as well. Baxter lied and said her daughter had terminal cancer. Her Children left her when they were 9 and 14, as they hated her; they went to live with their stepfather, so what does that tell you about this dead, nasty animal-abusing satanist? Think for yourselves, we refuse to be silenced. No weapon formed against us shall prosper. My Mum is 93, coming to the end of her life, but she was going to tell Baxter to leave her alone in 2019. She is an ox, my Mum. I understand now what my GF went through when her mum was only 65 when she passed. Baxter was terrified of my Mum. This one who was doing witness intimidation is the type that thinks other people's money can get her out of the trouble she is in. Your turn soon to be cross examined. My Sis is not going to risk her pension and rep for some ladder pulling bully. Fenney is the type that thinks having other people's money equates to her getting her own way, The truth is always free.

They used to be good 15 years ago , now they are incompetent,, dont turn up for appointments never answer to emails or calls , never on time for repairs . A really bad housing association. Go else where if you can these lot couldn't run a piss up in a brewery.

Absolutely nightmare to get any job done with these people. They miss appointments without warning and when they bother to show up, they leave without logging any updates, so you have no clue what’s been done, no matter how many times you chase them up. The customer service is even worse, they lie, waste your time, and will postpone the simplest task for months unless you escalate and complain repeatedly.

It’s a broken, careless system run by people who clearly don’t give a f. Do yourself a favour a hire a private contractor and then pass the bill to your housing.

Laughed off nothing can do , email from liason virtually said not got time to deal with. Housing is mess with smashed windows and doors! YOURS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS!! Your housing is a complete shambles…

Your housing is a complete shambles been in a house 9 years with the same cold damp mould roof leaking bay window pissing through and still not fixed had solicitors onto them at one point they said had fixed all the problems have they hell noone ever phones you back or anything job don't get done or they say they have fixed the job but 2 week later its back to square one avoid at all costs joke of a company won't even move us out me and my kids r ill all the time aswell this has been going on since moved in 9 years again and its still the same lmao iv been waiting for the complaints to contact me lmao iv phoned them all this week an noone is answering my calls again also housing offer ignore my call an text and been waiting gover a year for manager phone me when I phone to chase it up get told all they can do is send email to such a person an all that rubbish an noone ever grta bk to me I want out this shit hole house asap been asking housing officer for months an noone wants to help this bay window is pissing through still needs a new roof multi leaks everywhere even lad has said needs new roof an guess what iv been told this morning when I called fix 360 they are coming out on 18th to put scaffolding bk up and co.ing out on 30th to patch the leaks up again lmao 🤣 so on other words no roof and we are still gunna have it leaking noone this shit 9 years an still won't do a proper job so to everyone DO NOT GO WITH YOUR HOUSING GROUP U WILL REGRET IT SHIT COMPANY

ASB Warning

Issued a warning by Sue Fenney when we own our house. The warning was issued for apparently threatening a neighbour.

No threats were made, they were approached to ask them to turn their music down at 21:45 in an evening, given the fact they had a DJ in their garden & we’re celebrating the tenants birthday.

Please familiarise yourself with the definition of a threat.

I’m currently awaiting contact from a director having just spoken to another director at YHG.

They appear not to care, they conduct no inspections, people are running businesses from their driveway, commercial vehicles parked up, discarded washing machines left to rust on driveways, yet YHG just want to try to issue warnings without conducting any investigations.

Had my gutters cleaned.
1 and a half large bags of dirt and plants removed. Not been done for many many years.
Men arrived very friendly, never left ANY MESS!! Quick and easy job..Thanks SO much.

Logged a hole in bathroom floor in May

Logged a hole in bathroom floor in May, sent someone out in June, who couldn’t fix it as needs completely replacing. Covered with a sheet of wood told 21 emergency.
Rang back once a week since to be told ‘still waiting on contractors’ got though to 360 start august to be told no job open & job was closed in June. The holes massive now can feel the joists in floor. Asthmatic with a 3 year old who’s scared to go on there so back to using potty & baths at mums house. Got told told job logged for October 23rd, told them not acceptable so to told they will try & get a weekend job as ‘overtime’ I said fine. Rang back today to be told the supervisor hadn’t even look at the email sent last week over weekend work. Lifted the floor back to see the damage an it’s all green mould. Also told them this. To me told someone will get back to you. Again. Enviromental health been contacted now.

More housing failures

I require repointing around my windows and booked this in months ago, only for your housing group to repair the wrong building. I have now drawn the conclusion a court summons will be required. They simply do not care and receive wages for being totally incompetent

AVOID - VOID CLEARANCE OPERATIVE

VOID CLEARANCE OPERATIVE - Very short lived in employment with YHG. Expected to deliver high standards of cleanliness in properties that require other maintenance. Example: Mold is not to be cleaned it's to be treated, expected to remove high volumes of sharps without correct PPE, properties are a disgrace and expected to become a show house within 4 hours with a 5 ltr drum of bleach. Complaints over marks on walls when really needs painting. Good, trained and knowledgeable cleaning staff are difficult to find. YHG Clearance operative role is just a blame game for there properties being at a poor standard hence why they can't keep staff.

Never turn up

Never turn up , reschedule appointments all the time take years to fix a job and don’t complete jobs properly. Avoid at all costs being a tenant or a worker for this company

Repairs no show

I had a repairs appointment booked on 03.07. Waited all day at home and no one showed up. In the end got a text saying that my appointment is rescheduled on 04.07. This time someone did show up for 5 minutes to take measurements and off they went again. I had to book two days off work for those five minutes. Not happy at all.

I have reported several complaints over…

I have reported several complaints over the years but yet nothing got logged i am currently draling with a tenant that has had 3 emergency moves for DV but yet it continues asb court case over other tenants currently in place this is a on going problem being abused in the street police called reference number cctv footage but yet it's stil going there's nothing good about the housing they dont do there job you get fobbed off I live on chapel court and I am surrounded by druggies and alcoholics this is a ongoing problem for years they won't move me but 3 other tenants has already been driven out there homes due to drug deals and alcoholics and asb
