Samantha ( or Sammy as Wayne calls her ) looks after everything from invoicing to administration to ordering materials and booking jobs in. Excellent service from start to finish
It was a small job , I got stuck replacing an old radiator valve for a new radiator I was fitting and couldn't drain down the system. They had no problem taking on a small job and sent Ben out to sort it . Ben was friendly helpful and informative and sort the problem quickly.
You are get up to date about when the engineer will be coming, even showing you on a map where they are when they are on their way.
This is the kind of service i like

Christmas Eve gas leak...
10pm on Christmas Eve is certainly not the best time to have a gas leak. Having used this company many times over the years, I contacted Wayne and he came back to me straight away. Although he wasn't able to attend on Christmas day, understandably, he spent time trying to see who was available to help us. His colleague, Ben, arrived on Christmas day to check the problem. He fixed the gas leak promptly, checked the system and got our heating and hot water back on, before our guests arrived. I'd recommend this company to anyone and I can't thank them enough for their help over the festive period.

I needed a boiler serviced and wanted to follow up with a reliable annual contractor and lucky for me Wayne came out. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful too.
During the service he even got a towel rail to work that hadn't been working for so many years when I had previously been paying another company and the rail was never warm !!
So I can definitely recommend this team.

Excellent Emergency Response & Prompt Service
