Horrible experience. The owner of this company Adam took our money and then later on gave us different property other than what was committed. Destroyed our whole vacation plans. Never trust these people!!!
Terrible
We booked a stay in Birmingham with YPS for one of engineers due to the close proximity to our project, however we would not recommend them and we will not be booking with them again.
Before arrival a pre-check in message was sent however, they did not put in the Link to the page to fill out the necessary form meaning we could not gain the information needed to access the property. So at the end of a Long day my engineer was stranded outside in the early February cold.
After multiple phone calls to their office and to the various numbers provided by YPS we eventually received the link to the check in form and managed to get in after around 2 hours of trying.
Once in the property the finish of the interior was poor to say the least, the bedroom & bathroom door would not shut, there were was scuff marks everywhere to name a couple.
The icing on the cake though was that provided in the property was a Parking permit for a space in the building car park. This was great because otherwise our engineer would of had to park on the street all week at significant cost.
However, after the stay our engineer received 2 parking fines through the post, £60 each which they were forced to pay.
When they spoke with the YPS team they were unapologetic and essentially said it was our engineers fault and he would have to pay.
WHY PUT A PARKING PERMIT IN THE PROPERTY THEN??? (which we now find out is 9 months out of date at time of stay)
We could look past the wear and tear of the property but due to the poor organisation and subpar customer service we will not be staying with them again, in Birmingham or anywhere else!

Great spot and very friendly account rep however a few issues. 1 - only 1 set of keys for 4 travellers- very frustrating. 2 - condition of bathrooms poor ( mould not sufficient toilet paper). Halway ceiling very mouldy.

The apartment is conveniently located with a beautiful view from the window, but our stay was affected by several unpleasant moments.
Firstly, there was only one toilet brush provided for two rooms and four guests. After contacting the host, we were promised an additional one, but no action was taken.
Secondly, there was only one set of keys provided for four people, which made it difficult for us to move around. We requested a code for the elevator so that the other guests could access the gym and co-working area, but again, we received no response.
Additionally, the amount of dishes in the apartment was very limited, and some of them were damaged, creating the impression that the apartment was meant for a maximum of two people, not four. Furthermore, only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for four guests for a five-night stay, which was clearly not enough.
Moreover, the hosts contacted us multiple times, asking us to leave a five-star review, which felt like pressure.
We also found out on the day of departure that we needed to return the keys to the pick-up location rather than just leaving them in the apartment, as is usually done with Airbnb rentals. While we were able to do this, it would have been helpful to know in advance to better plan our time and activities.
Considering all these points, our experience in the apartment left much to be desired.
Reliable and fast service
The service is great, fast and they are always ready to assiste you. You can trust them. The only thing is: just pay attention in all details, cause the photos on the website could be a little different from the reality. I mean: the layout is the same for all apartments, but they can put some 2 bedroom photos together with the
1bed. For me it was the worst thing, because I though that the unit I was renting (The Mercian, Birmingham) had a bigger refrigerator and a 4 burners stove. But it doesn't. Just ask about these details so you won't be surprised. So, it's a great place if you are spending a few days, but it's bad if you are willing to spend up to 4 months and need to cook and storage food. Now, talking about the building: it's really good. The lounge is a great place to work, the gym is good if do not look for a "professional big" one and the free internet works perfectly.

Terrible awful horrible con merchants. Stayed in a property last weekend. To give 1 star is something. It should be minus infinity. Raised the issues with them and they didn’t want to know. Communication and understanding is so poor, your own pet would give you a better response. Absolute cowboys trying to make a quick buck here. Wake up folks. Give these con artists a wide swerve!

Poor. Couldn't make the trip and although strictly in line with cancellation policy, no flexibility was given - despite quite a bit of time before the check in date. There was certainly opportunity to rent this out again.

The staff are really helpful and tend to your needs. There is not very much that I can fault other than the fact I wish they were more responsive in the morning when enquiring for early check-in so you don’t miss the 9am check in option. Aside from this the apartment is always very clean and spotless, has everything needed so there is very little need to ever reach out to the hosts. If I wasn’t moving away from the area I would most definitely book again, there is nothing bad for me to say. They always welcome me back and I would recommend if it to other people but I would prefer to gatekeep this place because I enjoy it so much :)
