Amazing company , great customer service, great accomodation, great location by the sea

We had a wonderful weekend in Clacton on Sea visiting our Daughter. Caravan and the site was lovely. Had no issues booking and was very easy to use the site. However, I would suggest you highlight strongly about the extra charge for dogs as this was not clear and put an extra charge on later. Maybe but it in with the price.

I’ve booked our trips to Hunstanton via 2cholidays over a few years now and they have always been so helpful and kind over the phone. Nothing has been too much to ask and if we’ve ever had any issues they’ve been very quick to fix anything. I’ve recommended them to my in-laws and sister-in-law who have both used them for holidays and said how brilliant they’ve been. Definitely the cheapest prices out there and fabulous caravans and lodges to choose from. Will always use to 2c to book our holidays!

We’ve had two holidays with you and my sister has booked also on our recommendation. The vans are spotless and have all the amenities that you need. The vans are set in beautiful locations and also always quiet . Also very good value for money.

Great company, we have had lots of stas with them. Simple and transparent booking process and simple good value. Will definitely use them again (and again)

Have been using 2C Holidays for some years now and have never been dissapointed. Easy to book online or by phone, staff are always very helpful. Great range of caravans for all budgets with plenty of choice of locations.

We stayed for 2 nights at manor park Hunstanton in main a lovely caravan the booking process was very easy and we were responded to very quickly the caravan was lovely and cleaning very well equipped a home from home the instructions were very clear and helpful from how to gain access to the caravan,how to work the heating,the fire cooker and TV we would recommend the caravan and will return in the future

I always use 2cholidays when booking our seaside breaks. The website is easy to use and if I have ever had to call the office, the staff are always friendly and helpful.

The caravan was very dated not cleaned properly and the mattress was so old and uncomfortable we left a say early and the on suite toilet smelt of raw sewage for ages when you flushed it tried complain never heard anything back

Stayed in Suffolk Sands in Felixstowe. The mobile home was fantastic for our 2 night stay. We wish we could have stayed longer. We are planning on going back soon!

Rented a caravan @ Barmston beach.
Van was very clean & spacious, I was very impressed that every room smelled fresh.
The living area was huge and so was the main bedroom.
I'm about to book with the Host again :)

I stayed at Lee’s Caravan Park at Hunstanton just after Easter for 3 nights with 2 children and a small dog.
I don’t think we saw anyone else staying at the park and understand why now.
The caravan was less than basic.
It felt and smelt unclean.
There was several areas of damage to the walls and furniture which felt poorly maintained.
The fridge/ freezer door was broken away from the cover.
The main entrance doorway sealant was broken and a trip hazard.
The sofa had a big tear on the front and was covered in dog fur despite the extra charge for taking a dog. No evidence of cleaning the fur away.
I expected it to be basic but it was not a good standard to be let out for a holiday home.
I raised this with 2c as soon as we returned. The reason being we were only there for 3 nights and had driven for 3 hours and I didn’t want to take up the little time I had there by complaining.
I gave it 2 stars rather than 1 because it was just about bearable but I would not recommend and would not return.
2cs response was that it was a Ruby rated property. I don’t feel it was an acceptable state, and not entirely sure what is a ruby rated standard if it’s not broken and managed and poorly maintained.

Have had a great experience with the customer service girls Ruby and Chloe. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and panicked as this was through booking.com I reached out the following morning direct to 2cholidays and there was no problem at all sorting the change of date. My original choice was unavailable but I was sent a choice of a few others. It was all resolved in minutes. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that still have great customer service. Thank you to Ruby and Chloe you are an asset to your employer

Great stay at waterside park in Corton accommodation was very clean and well looked after. Will be back soon

Ive used 2C holidays since the kids were little, they are now 21 and 18 so they dont come with me anymore but I will always love a van holiday and always use 2C, their customer service is and always has been excellent. Thank you

We had a great 5 night stay at Rainbow's End Holiday Park. Booking was easy, the access details arrived without any problem and we had clear directions to the property. We found it clean and well presented with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for a quiet break away from the Bank Holiday crowds. Just a short stroll across the site to the sea front. Huge sandy beach.

Just home after a week’s stay at CR7 Pakefield Holiday park, caravan was amazing a real home from home, beautiful views, only moan is that the mattresses need upgrading to something more supportive especially on a long stay
