They don't respond.

Edit: Consultant from the company did reach out in response to this review and offered an explaination on the technical issue that likely led to this. Obviously I would have liked to have a response to the emails and calls, but I do appreciate the amount of applications they recieve. I will certainly consider them in the future, though I would be extra wary of trusting a meeting without emailing/calling to confirm it.

I applied for a job, got a very prompt response and invitation to a "discovery conversation" which I took to be an initial interview. I followed the link, set up an interview, and got a confirmation email with the date and time. The "location" on the event was my phone number, and I wasn't given one to call so I, understandably, assumed I would be receiving a call. The meeting time comes around and no one calls me or emails letting me know there has been a delay.
I sent an email, called the number at the bottom of an earlier email, and even called the number on YourPrime's website. I was told the consultant was busy and they would let him know I called. I did not get a reply that day and, when I called the office again the next day trying to reschedule, I was again just told they would tell the consultant I called and they would make sure he called or emailed.
I never got a follow-up call or email (despite being told I would). It was highly unprofessional. The meeting was the day after the job was posted and, if they filled it that fast, I should have at least gotten an email letting me know that it wasn’t happening. As it stands, despite reaching out over several avenues I never even got the courtesy of being told the position was no longer available or an apology for being a no-show. Overall, demoralizing and a waste of time, I am avoiding job postings from this company in the future.

Oli was very thorough and communicated well throughout the process. He knew the role and his client well, and was able to provide some good pointers and background for the interview process.

I would recommend working with Oli.

Oli was thorough in the initial process of identifying my skill set and approaching me subsequently with a suitable. He provided specific details and prepared me as much as possible before my interviews. He also provided good feedback from the company and kept in constant communication about the progress throughout the interview stage.

I was head hunted by YourPrime Recruitment and they presented a number of excellent opportunities to me that I would not have found otherwise as it is quite a niche market.

I applied for a job through YourPrime Recruitment. Initially, the recruiter was responsive and set up an initial interview for later that week with their client.
Following positive feedback from the client, a second interview was set up, 40 miles from my location (this was a remote role but I was happy to travel for the interview).
Since the second stage interview I have had to chase for feedback continuously. I appreciate that sometimes the client can be difficult to get hold of but it is now five weeks since my second stage, face to face interview.
In summary, they were attentive when they thought I could make them money but unreachable afterwards.
