I am waiting for a refund from your…

I am waiting for a refund from your clothing for over a month now on item I bought on your website.I got an email to tell me my order was cancelled and I would get a refund.I have been in in touch with your company two weeks ago and was assured I would get my refund two days later,I have bought many item from your stores and your website.I don't think I should have to keep trying to get in touch with you about this matter.Regards Jacqueline Burke.

Fast delivery

My order came very fast I had to return one top it was my fault I ordered the wrong size and the other top fits perfectly

Once again your couriers company GLS…

Once again your couriers company GLS has let you down. I received an email on Friday 29th to say they delivered my parcel at 1240pm. I was home all day and no parcel arrived. I could not co tact them until yesterday Monday 1st. They told me driver had delivered to wrong address and they would get driver to call me to redeliver. I told them that I ordered the clothes fir a holiday that I am going on tomorrow Wednesday 3rd Sept and I needed the clothes delivered before then. I have heard nothing since and now assume I am not going to have the parcel before I leave. GLS have let me down before with previous deliveries so I suggest you stop using them. Also ami I going to be compensated for the fact I don't have my new holiday clothes before I go. Very disappointed with their service as not only do I not have the package but I have had no follow up either.

My items have not arrived

My items have not arrived, they were sent to a wrong address and have now been returned to you.
I have been using your message system but can't seem to get through to a human who could help.
When I ordered and entered my name details came up for a different Anne Murphy I changed the address but it seems to have defaulted to the other address
