1st disappointment
I ordered two dresses .Both lovely ,both fit well. One I have kept but the other I have returned. Why? When I tried it on and showed my husband he liked it but as I turned round he saw a large slash in the fabric of the back of the dress.

Parcel was stopped from being delivered but no explanation why
I received a message from collisimo that my parcel would arrive by Monday. Shortly after I received another email explaining that my delivery had been stopped and would not be sent on to me. I contacted yours but have not had a reply and not been reimbursed.
