I'm not unhappy with the quality of the articles, they're very good.
But the delivery in 3 working days has never been respected (I made 4 orders in your house), and these are large sizes, certainly, but for the bra for example, I make 125 B, the cap is not a B but at least a D

Article sent very quick and delivery no problem. Beautiful dress, colours as expected, heavy material and doubled up with underskirt. I gave only 4 star because Unfortunately it is too big for me and the sleeves tend to be very large so I have to return. I am also not too keen on the material it is for a wedding and I don’t think it’s appropriate considering the price of the dress .

For shoes it is wrong : not wide shoes, i ordered two items for two different persons : very disappointed, too small indeed it is normal sizes

The parcel has arrived in good condition and on time. The quality of the blouse is exceptional, the quality is light and pleasant to wear. The colours are intense. Very good value for money. KR.

Delivery within a reasonable time, but the items were dissapointing. They fit, I will wear them, but I note the materials are quite thin and the sewing on the items is of a low standard considering their price. I have not ordered from this company for a while and after this experience I may not again.

I purchased two pairs of shoes. One is ok but the other one is defective. I want to send it back. The worst is that I pay for the return.

I have order 2 shoes, same size, they arrive with different size. I return one of them, but never been reimbursed!!!

Large choice, prompt delivery

The articles are beautiful like in the photos. The size is good.

The overall quality, cut and design of the garments is good. Stylish and a la mode.

A very speedy ordering and delivery service, but
I think that it could be much easier to return items ...I actually could not get my head around the company's 'returns policy' and I would have quite liked to have returned one of the items that I ordered so will probably now give it to charity. I also think that more recycled materials could be used to create more garments.

I returned the pair of shoes I purchased and have no feedback ever since. Still no refund. Hope to receive one soon enough!

Beautiful clothes - fast shipping

Hello. I ordered 3 gorgeous bras in 100J French size = 38GG and I received 3 gorgeous bras 85i = 38G.
So they don’t fit.
Deception.
So I returned and it costs 5€
Please don’t send anything else that the customer’s order, sizes for Bras are mostly important

The size was not correct for me. I wanted to return the dress but no reply to my request. So it is obvious that it there is no service for return.

I find it absurd to have had to place three orders instead of one because the amount was too high.
I had to pay three times the shipping costs, ridiculous!
Not to mention the fact that I contacted you by e-mail to get a minimum explanation of the reason for this change, and I received no reply.

Order preparation and delivery have been fast (delivery in France). The clothes are tall than expected (one size taller) but it's not a probleme.

The suit is not easy to remove when going to the toilet, one more button for opening would have been a good idea.

Unreal ... i have to pay 5€ for a return ..??? even if the delivery was in time, the articles didn't fit, too small and too long .. and i can't even just make an exchange ..?
