Love this site and never had a problem with anything.
Slick, easy to use with a simple layout that provides all the essential information
Nice and easy to use.
to add insult to injury
No screen to say tickets confirmed, never asked my paypal code, paid 3 times, only discovered i had any tickets at all when i checked my email -and no way to get a refund. My bargain £19 ticket cost me £100. Never again.
Even worse, they reply insisting that a confirmation screen comes up - this doesn't happen . THE CONFIRMATION SCREEN NEVER APPEARED - why would anyone carry on buying if it told them it was confirmed??

Definitely recommend to people 👍🏼
Watch out for their payment system
Great gig but online payment system surreptitiously signed me up to a paypal agreement with them rather than a one-off payment. Checked with paypal and this was an authorisation to take money out of my account without me making any active request. After some hassle just about managed to get this cancelled. At no point in the process was this made clear and I just assumed it was a standard one-off payment (as I have done hundreds of times before). Iffy.
Super easy and great value
Booking was quick and simple. Decent discounted price. Tickets emailed and also available as part of the app as well so as convenient as you want.
Terrible company - DO NOT USE
Bought Priority Entry Tickets to BST Hyde Park - Stevie Wonder. Confirmation email states "Arrive at the venue box office gates in good time. Provide your name, show your in-app ticket or confirmation email and mention you booked on YPlan". So the three of us queued and when we eventually got to the security man and showed our in-app tickets he laughed and said as there isn't a bar code or QR code we can't come in. We showed the confirmation email and again this doesn't have a bar or QR code. We were told we need to walk across Hyde Park to collect paper tickets from a Y plan office. The Y plan man was off having a ciggie or piddle but luckily the Amazon Tickets man went and dragged him back as by now a gang of Yplan customers were threatening to riot. Total farce. I left a voicemail on the day and nobody called me back. Its now taken me 7 attempts over 3 days to get through to Y plan and finally I talk to a terribly unhelpful lady who keeps stating it is my fault I didn't know the confirmation email and in-app tickets are totally worthless, I should have known I need to collect paper tickets! Despite thier instrictions which i carefully followed, there was absoluely no need to have the confirmaton email or download the app or have the in-app tickets as they don't count! She told me there is nothing she could do other than tell her 'content people' to write clearer confirmation emails. Bottom line is I paid for Priority but it took 80mins to finally get in by which time we'd lost our chance to get close to the stage. There is no point whatsoever buying from this firm and their customer service is appalling. No wonder I can see so many complaints here on trustpilot. I'm now off to talk to my friends in the national and regional press to file an angry consumer piece, before seeking legal redress under sale of goods act.

DO NOT USE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
As Mark reviewed 6 days ago:
I agree with you despite YPlan's response below your review. I bought tickets which were meant to be for the same day as the next day I was travelling. The website confirmed the date however issued tickets for the next day which I would have never bought as I couldn't attend in the first place. When I called them multiple times to cancel/refund immediately after getting them and 24h prior to the event for which they offered the tickets, they didn't answer the phone and afterwards I was told the same Terms and Conditions as in the post below with the explanation that a mistake from their software is not covered.
It's a ridiculous system and I have never had any issue with any other organisation.
As Mark says: DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!!

terms
To make it clear I read refund policy of everything I buy,
When I found the line: If you choose to cancel, you will receive a full refund from us if you've already paid. (copy pasted from their Terms and Conditions)
I went like: Cool, nothing tricky down here.
But in fact they told me Unfortunately, these tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable. We act only as a ticketing agency and as such are liable for these tickets.
So I lost about 200 pounds in total
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!

Appalling customer service
I have lost £68 in YPlan credit without any notice. Yplan have taken £40 of gift voucher credit off of my account along with rewards without a single email of advance warning. Customer Support is the WORST I have ever come across. They have accused me of lying to them, despite my sending them a PDF copy of an original voucher. They also reckon they cannot make any manual adjustments at all to their system -- even though YPlan have full control over their frontend and backend systems.
A week after flagging their misinformation and providing proof of one of the vouchers, my complaint has disappeared from their ZenDesk support database!!!!! No response was ever received after me providing the voucher nor any apology made for unequivocally implying that I was lying to them.
They were very good when they were a startup, but now, in my opinion, have become greedy, irreverant and soulless.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Worried buyer
I have just booked 4 tickets for Neil Young at the O2 but when the tickets came through on the app the seat number/row just says N/A - this has really worried me! How do I know if the seats have been properly assigned and if the four of us will be sat altogether for the concert? Do we have to wait until on the night of the show? How are seats actually assigned to YPlan ticket buyers? I saw on other sites that there were no available seats in the same section...Is this legit?

Great app
Love the simplicity and everything was done in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend their comedy shows as well!
No answer whatsoever from customer services for 5 days
have emailed again since but have no reply from yplan for 5 days now!
The cinema tickets are useless to me anyway as they are for a film I would not watch for free and only available for London when I live in Sheffield.!
Yplan customer service is nonexistent! The email address is hidden in their terms and conditions under the guise of hello@ yplan.com
I received an automated reply on Sunday 13th Dec: Message-Id:J5VXYZDXLJ_566ddbe23d8dc_24ed3fd61e2cd31c264c7_sprut
with a promise to get back to me ASAP, it is now 18th Dec

Easy first experience using YPlan.
I booked via the YPlan app for a Mae Martin comedy show. Received the digital tickets to the app without any problems and they were accepted at the door. Such an easy experience, thanks YPlan! Will be using again.
odd payment terms - sounds extremely dodgy
when I deal with an organisation I don't know, I much prefer to use paypal than give my bank details, so after finding tickets a bit cheaper than elsewhere, I was pleased to see paypal as a payment option.
However to use paypal, you have to tick a box giving authority for unlimited access to withdraw money from your account for future events.
I hope the tickets are genuine, but this bizarre policy makes me very suspicious of the organisation- I am unlikely to use them again.
I paid by card in the end, but will be monitoring my bank account closely for any unauthorised access.
Great
Really enjoy having new experiences at my finger tips; very quick and very easy to plan, share, buy tickets. THANKS
Good for short notice
Great for finding unique, exciting events at short notice and at great prices
