What an excellent, fun way to see parts of London you never knew existed, be part of MI5 (always a dream!) and solve a puzzle, all at the same time!
Excellently thought out, put together & results in a fabulous, funny night out. We laughed till we cried, drank in places we'd never been in and got excited when we waited in phone boxes for secret calls...met undercover agents in pubs and such like.

Even if you live in London we'd recommend this for a birthday, special occasion or even just a different night out. You'll not regret it!

Yplan has made a number of things easier. Movie ticket bookings tops that list. Discounted tickets of the nearest cinemas means we watch more movies than before.
The app always has the right recommendations and I love the interface.

Yplan is a very handy app with a light tone that keeps me up to date with what's going on at a great price!

I downloaded the app and the tickets were not there. I used my email.confiemation to get into the event so the app.was redundant. Not really sure why the app was needed. Plus no customer services at weekend when the event was on a weekend. Overall disappointing. Will be deleting the app.

I love Y Plan, if I'm short of something to do midweek or of a weekend, I can find something fun and unusual in no time and always at a reduced price.

I've enjoyed Yplan so far, great events and some occasional great prices, such as tickets at Vue cinemas. Thank you.

Cheap, cheap and more cheap. Cinema tickets are evoejdive these days, but Yplan has helped me to be able to afford the cinema at a more reasonable price. Theatre among many other events are also going rather cheap, it's an all around awesome app. 😌✌️

Bought a ticket for an exhibit with a discount and was totally worth it. The exhibit itself doesn't even offer any promo. Good job, YPlan!

Really easy to find things to do depending on what category you are looking at. Simple to purchase tickets with one click. Lots to choose from and updated regularly.

However i recently purchased tickets to an event. When I showed up to the event the app kept crashing over and over so I couldn't access my tickets. Poor internet made getting up email confirmation tricky too. The venue were understanding but was a bit frustrating.

There's always something interesting to be found on YPlan, and it is super easy to use.

I wasn't expecting to que to get into this festival, but there were hordes of crowds outside. Security didn't allow any drinks or food of your own, and everyones bags were checked. Once inside, it was pretty crowded, there were various street food sellers, like Thai, Peruvian and Mexican. The product it seemed everyone was selling were chilly sauces and jams, there was one cake stall, but I didn't bother to check it out.

There was some live entertainment in the form in Indian dancers who performed traditional Gujarat dances and a folk band. I'm glad I was able to smuggle in a bottle of lemonade as I was unable to get served at the bar, and after testing a few chilli sauces and snacks from vendors my tongue was tingling and I had built up a thirst for a cold drink. Would I go next year, probably not, not to say it was a bad experience, just too overcrowded for me, and after testing one chilli sauce after another they felt they were beginning to taste the same.

Very pleased with it and love that the price range is given. However when buying theatre tickets it would be extremely useful to know the exact seat numbers

I won tickets to Apple Music Festival via YPlan for the last day of the event. Yet those "tickets" mean **NOTHING**.

We queued outside the venue (on a windy 10ºC night) for over an hour. By we, I mean the two of us plus another 80-100 "ticket" holders.

The queue was moving impossibly slow (exactly 10 people every 15-20min) and an hour later after we joined (others were there much longer), a spokesperson from the venue came outside, just to tell us the venue was completely full and no one else would be allowed in that night (!).

How is this possible? How badly managed was this event?
This is totally unacceptable.

I've been using YPlan since its early days, but after being shamed like this? Sorry, I can't trust YPlan anymore.
