Yplan helped me to find some great events in New York. I bought tickets to the concert on this app. It was very easy and fast!

Work well with wallet app.

There is no option to choose whether the owner wants their credit card details to be stored or not. The information is very private and you don't even mention it clearly and simply store it without letting the owner know! Where are the consumer privacy rights?! Tell me!

The people were open and friendly. The car and drive was amazing. The trip was very decent and social. A great experience overall and I wish I could go to more trips like this soon.

I have been using Yplan for about 5 months now and I really like it! it is great to buy movie tickets and I love when they have special prices for restaurants and events. I would love it if you could include more special promotions for your subscribers (like you did for Music festival) and more cultural events (orchestra and opera). other than that, you rock!

I won tickets to an Apple Music Festival event last weekend. I was refused entry to the event as my photo ID wasn't a passport or drivers licence.

The confirmation email and YPlan's terms and conditions for the Apple Music Festival competition said "Photo ID matching name on the ticket", nowhere did it state it had to be a passport or drivers licence. When I pointed this out the manager at the venue said YPlan T&Cs were irrelevant as the Festival's T&Cs trump YPlan's. They refused to let me in and I went all the way there for nothing.

As the ticket giveaway winners were only given a few hours' notice this year I wasn't able to go home and get my passport. YPlan should have informed ticket holders about this.

Very easy app to use and the customer service is always helpful.

Amazing things to do differently every week and great to share with friends.

I recommend this app to everyone.

I purchased same-day tickets via YPlan website and was given the option to choose seats at a discounted rate. When I received my tickets via the YPlan app, I was given totally different tickets in a lesser price category and at the face value of the tickets! 0% savings and I was deceptively sent different tickets than purchased. What's worse is their customer service phone number is only a voicemail. I left two and got no response. I sent two emails to the customer service and only received an automated response. It took going to Twitter (where evidently is the only place YPlan is working) to get someone to respond to me. It wasted 1/2 a day, I felt totally ripped off, and the customer service system was awful.

Apple Music festival was amazing! The atmosphere was amazing, the venue was amazing, the music was amazing!

I was lucky enough to win apple festival tickets but I had to que for a long time to enter which means I was given a ticket that only allowed me upstairs which was a little disappointing but once Florence came out I forgot all about where I was standing.

The app can be slightly fiddly but the concept is great and I had a smooth, straightforward experience with entry to the Roundhouse last night. Thanks!

Excellent last minute London app Large range of choice, customer service that replies pretty much instantaneous and recommends to friends who've gone on to use it themselves.

If something sounds too good to be true.. it is! Not all experiences happen as described & not even the small print helps you get to the actual truth, so next time i will be emailing directly to confirm rather than trust what is written in the event description.
