Leased a Hyundai Kona through Yorkshire Vehicle Finance. It’s my first time leasing a car. Really happy with the car and service received. Yorkshire Finance found me a great deal and sorted everything out for me. The experience was incredibly seamless. I’d definitely lease a car with them again and recommend them to family and friends. I have recently had some dialogue with this company ( Alex) about a vehicle they have in stock. Unfortunately due impending surgery and treatment, I haven't been in a position to travel to further my interest nor have I been in a position to make phone calls. The customer service I received from Alex has been exemplary and conducted with care and empathy.
Excellent communication and very patient. Thank you Alex, hopefully I will be able to take that vehicle from you in the next few weeks. Very grateful to you.

Nick could not do enough for us, any question we had he answered instantly and with confidence.

We purchased an ex-lease car from YVF and we have not been disappointed at any point. Paul even answered his phone on a Sunday and Nick stayed late in the office one night just to accommodate us.

The day we arrived to collect our new car Nick was ready with everything we needed and even had the car re-cleaned and topped up the fuel!

It’s nice to find a genuine company that want to do the right thing when it comes to the car industry. Very refreshing
to say the least.
