Fantastic service from start to finish, would highly recommend!

I purchased a used car from YVF & the process was very straightforward.
The car is exactly as described & Steve went out of his way to meet me on a Saturday for collection of the vehicle from their offices.

The whole team were extremely personable and friendly . A personal thanks to Steve Donovan who has been my contact throughout, most companies forget about aftersales but Steve ensured this was not the case and has been a pleasure to work with.

My experience with YVF is always so smooth sailing. Jacob is so helpful and I have always had top quality service from him. I’ve never had any issues with the cars I’ve had from them!

This is the third time I’ve purchased a car from Steve Donovan at Yorkshire Vehicle Finance.
Steve is a great guy to deal with and he makes the whole process of ordering the car very easy and provides great customer service which is hard to find these days. I would have no problem in recommending this company.

Today I took delivery of my new lease car. Throughout the process Paul and his team have always been on hand to help. The lead in time for delivery was long due to international factors but once it was ready everything went like clockwork. YVF and Nick have great at providing a well priced lease for my company car. Very pleased with the overall experience despite vehicle delays that were out of Nicks control. I recently had a lease car arranged through YVF. The whole process to lease the vehicle went very smoothly, the communication was clearly explained in a timely manner throughout every phase of the process.
The Account Executive Graham Britt was very professional, knowledgeable about the vehicle, available for questions and clarification and I feel this assisted me in making a decision to lease the correct car. I will highly recommend the company to friends & family,and was very happy at the level of customer care throughout the process. I will definitely use Yorkshire Vehicle Finance again.
