Absolutely horrible service and experience from zap clothing. I ordered a jacket and was advertised next day delivery however zap clothing apparently had not received a shipment containing my item which meant they could not ship it for a week! After receiving my item 10 days after I purchased with next day delivery I no longer wanted it so I asked to return it which they said I had to pay for. They then told me after they received my item that it would be 14 days to revive my money. It has not been nearly a month since I sent my item and still no refund has been processed I have emailed several times and they only respond when they feel like it. I’m not sure why zap clothing thinks it’s acceptable to hold peoples money. HORRIBLE SERVICE WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN. I also noticed when I recived my Canada goose jacket it had a starte odour and when I contacted them zap clothing customer service was incredibly rude and abrupt. Can I ask where my refund for my jacket is as this is a month after they recived my item back?

Bought Canada Goose jacket, delivery was fast but jacket has a horrible damp smell, came in a plastic canada goose bag (which was for another product) and a ZAP Clothing bag! Made me question authenticity. Contacted customer service who were just RUDE. No acknowledgement of my issue. A lot of money and nothing ‘luxury’ about it . Now scared to return as every review regarding returns say its takes 6 weeks plus and i cant afford to be out of pocket so close to Christmas.

*UPDATE regarding response from Zap insisting jacket came from supplier that must mean Canada Goose give out Zap Clothing bags instead of their own branded packaging. Rude response instead of trying to rectify my issue. The jacket wasn’t packaged properly and smells damp and i contacted straight away. I also said i would bring jacket to store let staff see and was told store staff don’t deal with returns. To be in business 31 you really should have better customer service.

Unbelievable service!
I was a bit worried about placing my order and parting with £650 for some trainers when I have never heard of Zap before but I sent them a query and they responded instantly on WhatsApp and email. I went ahead with the order and received another WhatsApp to ask me to send them order number so they could start processing delivery. Amazing! Never had that level of service before. My parcel arrived it brilliant packing the morning after and I couldn’t be more pleased! Deffo recommend!

I am so elated that I found Zap. Zap is a very trustworthy site. I was skeptical at first as I knew nothing about the site. I decided to reach out through the WhatsApp number on the website to ask a question and I got an almost immediate response. The response was thoughtful and caring and showed deep expertise (this has been my experience in every interaction with Zap). I then took a chance and bought one shoe from them and then another and the rest is history. I have become a loyal customer. They offer amazing promotions and hard to find items. They also ship very quickly. I highly recommend Zap. My experience has been all very positive. Five stars for Zap!!

Really amazing customer service. I’m a returning customer from NY, great deals and help with codes when I missed a deal because of time difference, they provided me with a customer specific code so I can still receive the discounted price.

You was I needed item by the 8th you had next day air, however it was a waist, item is arriving to late tracking say Monday I purchased on the 5th Monday is the 11th that is not next day air

Zap has great merch and stops me having to get the train into Central London. They have great buyers and always get great stuff in and have some super sales.

Super professional service

Ordered an item which I received in a timely manner, unfortunately was too big so returned a few days later at my own expense. Got an email from Zap stating my return had been received and a refund would be processed shortly - 6 weeks later still nothing despite me reaching out a few times. Involved PayPal in the end which Zap still ignored.

Fortunately PayPay closed the case in my favour with a full refund. Wouldnt purchase from Zap again.

Zap Clothing’s response to my last trustpilot review claimed they wanted to help and encouraged me to email them with any issues. I did just that, asking them to resolve the PayPal dispute and do the right thing. Unsurprisingly, like many aspects of their service, this turned out to be an empty offer. I have yet to receive any response.

It seems the staff believe that withholding customers’ money is an acceptable way to handle disputes, but all it does is reveal their true nature. Zap management take note! These staff are hurting your brands reputation

Was skeptical at first with my purchase being that prices were lower than the US. But they are LEGIT! I got my sneakers within two days, before I expected them. Any doubts you may have, I’m here to tell you you won’t regret your purchase!

Absolutely had the perfect experience with this company! They responded quickly and I was able to purchase 2 Christian Louboutin bags for my birthday, they arrived in perfect packaging, dust bags and tags! Thank you so much for making my birthday!
