After a shaky start where DPD lost my parcel and had an elongated timely investigation process and I was extremely frustrated but my faith in the purchase was restored by Terry. My experience was great. I ordered a pair of black Alexander McQueen sneakers and love them. I have no authenticity concerns. I live in the US and realized a few hours after placing the order I had picked the wrong size. Due to the time difference the shop was already closed for the day but they reacted to my email and whatsapp message and changed the size before shipping the order. I was so relieved.
