Always a 5 star service - customer communication fast delivery - highly recommended

Please for your own sake stay as far away from this company as possible!

I ordered two months ago, and they cancelled it via email and confirmed they will be issuing a refund. Now I sent nearly a dozen follow-up emails and they didn't even respond.

I filed a chargeback with my bank, after which they emailed me saying the product was "delivered by email as it is a digital product." WHAT? How is a Balenciaga trench coat considered a digital item and delivered through email? Makes NO SENSE! They tried to scam me, and if I didn't purchase it through my credit card I would've been out of nearly $3,000.

The prices seem good at first, but they are too good to be true. They are scammers and have done this to multiple other customers. SAVE YOUR WALLET FROM SCAMMERS!

Excellent customer service and very speedy delivery.

The ZAP Team have always taken such great care of me and have a great selection of specially curated offerings. I just placed my third order with them and the packages arrive promptly and in pristine condition. They are always quick to respond to my queries with a courteous, friendly and personalized approach which I appreciate and is one of the reasons why I keep coming back to order more.

The customer service provided by this company is atrocious. It falls way below what I would expect when dealing with a retailer of high-end fashion. I have experienced a problem with a Balmain shirt which was defective and the company have refused to assist with the matter. The shirt is of poor quality and not fit for the purpose. I have been refused to return the item for inspection, refund or replacement, do not respond to communications and they have now stated I have commited fraud having raised a chargeback request with my Amex card used to buy the item. I am truly annoyed and let down by the customer the absolute lack of customer care and in dismay about the lack of compliance with customer rights for defective items purchased online. Please be cautious if making a purchase online.

Follow up for my previous review: ** ZAP had responded with incorrect information - the shirt was not washed 'incorrectly' as they stated. I have retained all original correspondence with your company and the item has not been washed. Please do not use inaccurate information in your response**

Hopefully, people are able to deduce from the current reviews that customer care is indeed abysmal; I wish I took heed of this prior to making my purchase.

It was my first and last purchase with ZapClothing. So, I bought the item as a present for my son. What I received was completely different from what was on the website. So, I contacted them by email and added photos. So, they made the mistake and they said that I have to pay for special delivery to return the item back. It’s ridiculous - they sent the wrong item and I had to cover the costs!!! I had to go through claim process and PayPal really helped to cover extra costs. Save your money and buy elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

I don't often leave reviews, but I'm particularly pleased with my product (Loewe trainers) the price (cheapest to be found online) plus the really helpful customer service I received from the guys at Zap. Very helpful in coordinating the item delivery for me, I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely atrocious handling of customer details. Once you have been subscribed to one of their mailing lists, they do not handle at all how to unsubscribe. I have requested many a time for my details to be removed from the database, only to be completely ignored, and after having subscribed myself, I have found time and time again that they carry on sending emails to me. They are an absolute classless show. Stay away from them. UK GDPR legislation is thoroughly ignored on a routine basis with no understanding of the mere basics… such flagrant disregard of data rights should not allow this business to operate with customer details. Absolutely pathetic.

Liars! I will tell you my story.

I live in Lithuania. I found a Canada Goose jacket on ZAP Clothing, then wrote to them asking if there were any additional fees since I live in the EU. They replied no, there are no additional fees. Okay, I made a purchase, and after 5 days, I received a letter from Lithuanian customs stating that I have to pay VAT (around 300 EUR). I refused to accept. Then I wrote to ZAP, sending them what they initially wrote to me, but they didn't apologize or offer any resolution. We agreed on a refund, but I have to pay VAT and for shipping. I then sent them a few articles stating that there is no VAT for returning items (which they confirmed). We agreed on a shipment cost of 20 pounds. Okay. Then they wrote that the refund will be processed after 8-10 working days. After 11 working days, I wrote again. After two days, they replied that they were busy due to a sales period and stated that the refund is in process, so I will receive it after 72 hours. Today is the 7th day (and almost two months when I made an order), I haven't received a refund, and ZAP is not replying to my messages.

It's a shame because I lost so much time, and I have to seek help here. My order is ZAP63541. If I do not find help here, then I will have to raise a claim. Just do no understand what is a point for a such service. Just a hell

So, dears, you can imagine the situation I find myself in.

UPDATED. After 3 months of waiting I received a refund. And not from ZAP, but from my bank after I raised a dispute.

Really great service. Got my products at a really good price and great quality. Super speedy. My only negative is the shoes arrived in just a delivery bag rather than in a bigger box so got dented along the way in delivery - bit gutted as it’s a Christmas present but only a minor fault that can easily be resolved for next customers. Overall really happy - thank you :)
