They help me with every question I had. The doctor was very nice.

The person dealing with me was professional, friendly & explained everything to me in a way that I could understand.

Using Contro is a seamless subscription service. I wish I started using it sooner. Dr Mouton is super...she even called me when I couldn't connect to the video call. And
I received my medication the very next day. You won't be sorry.

Its not a scam.

They connected me with a real doctor and the prescription wasn't rejected by the pharmacists. I opted to get my prescription emailed to me because UTIs are such time sensitive issues, so I had my medicine same day.

Loved that they had a option between a normal call & a video call.
The consultation was quick & simple.

I am happy with the service, I just feel pushed to have funds in my account for my next prescriptions and it won't always be the case ,can't we debit or let it a stop order for every month on the 25th it woukd make me stress free but otherwise I'm happy

Dissapointed by the service. Theoretically the service a great idea, I received great service from their team of doctors and agents but unfortunately their fulfillment courier and pharmacy partners are a let down I haven't recieved my meds for an order placed 10 days ago

I just think it’s a bit expensive. On the website it says you pay R150. After your consultation they say actually it’s R360.
So just something to consider. Think it might just be worth it to go to the doctor to get the 6 month prescription cause you will be saving R900 over 6 months.
