After a long hard work when I tried to withdraw my first 10 dollars. It asked for verification; either driving licence or passport (I'm a student) I don't have any. I don't know what to do now. They are not replying. There's no aadhar or pan card option. If it was required, they should have told me is the first place. Wasted my months.

In the beginning it was ok, but now asking ID and selfie to cashout, the reason why? They wanna collect snd save the personal identity data to the data brokers. And with no shame they accuse You with red flags. Please gather Yourself to lawsuit.

Don't listen to that review saying they are great. That's a lie. ZAP used to be good and easy to use. I to, was away for a while and when I came back, I quickly made money. Problem is, like everyone else, they have a message saying that you will be directed to a website or app called Veriff in order to verify but, there is also a message saying that there has been unusual activity on my account and there has not. I never received an email about this. It's just something they made up to make you use Veriff. Why? I don't know. Anyway, I reached out to custoer support through the app and the response that I got was that they are aware of the issue and hope to have it resolved in a week or more. It's been 2 weeks and I still can't verify myself or cashout at all. I know a lot of ppl are calling this a scam and maybe it is now. I think they are getting money from the companies that pay them for their insights but they aren't paying their actual survey takers and at some point they will give an apology and close up shop and probly take the money and run. It's sad because they used to be honest.

Been with zap for a while- all was good with payouts but suddenly they have blocked my account on last requested payout. Little to NO good with contact at there support. Sent me a reply with a dodgy page as well. Given I've had over 7 payouts suddenly they will NOT accept my Australian drivers licence as PROOF of human being.

Thinks twice before putting in the hours in this one.

This app is a SCAM!!!! They will ask for your ID and tell you to fill out a form when you try to claim the money they say you earned, then they will ask for your ID and phone number then the money will disappear on the app.

I had a very frustrating experience with Zapsurveys. After using their platform for a while and completing several surveys, my account was suddenly blocked without any clear explanation. I reached out to customer support, but they were unhelpful and provided no valid reason for the block.

It’s incredibly disappointing to invest time in completing surveys only to have your account shut down without any transparency or accountability. I’ve heard of similar experiences from others, and it seems like they’re not handling their user base properly. I would strongly advise others to stay cautious before signing up or investing time with them.

I won’t be using Zapsurveys again, and I would recommend looking for more reliable survey platforms instead.

Been on zap a few months went to cash out it asks for photo ID spent an hour trying to get it to work finally accepted it then blocked my ip address no payment no explanation at least D*ck Turpin had a mask don't waste your time

I cashed out over a week ago and they told me the reason I haven't gotten my payment yet is because there's a problem with my pay option ?? PayPal?? Really I don't think so I never have problems getting anything paid with PayPal ever .. and so many surveys have you answering questions for 5 or more minutes and then they decide your not right for the survey or the survey is broken and you have to forfeit because it won't go any further ?? Like thus site is ridiculous !

I started zap surveys and I did a lot of surveys and I cashed out and I thought that everything was great . Then I spent many many hours doing surveys and quite a bit of money saved up in my zap account and when I tried to cash out, they told me they detected fraudulent activity on my accountant that I was not getting my money. Don’t waste your time I spent countless hours doing surveys For them to make up some excuse why they wouldn’t give me my money.

Very difficult to complete surveys and most surveys are long for little reward. A person has to get to $10 before they can cash out and by most reckoning there are much easier and considerably quicker options to earn $10

Driver are terrible

Zap was good for a short period of time and then quickly went downhill. First came the issues with opening the app where sometimes it would take as many as five attempts for the app to open properly. Then I referred two people and was supposed to get a reward equal to 10% of their earnings. Never saw a cent and when I asked customer service about it, they never answered. This was followed up with many cashing out problems, where I would have to contact customer service to get them to send me my money. Then they claim they detected suspicious activity on my account and wouldn’t pay me. Ridiculous because I’m totally legit. I had to send a photo of my driver’s license to get them to send me my money. The final straw was when they blocked my account. No reason, just blocked. When I contacted customer service, of course they told me that my account was in good standing. Really pathetic app. Question: if Zap is in the survey business, why don’t they want people to take surveys???

don’t waste you time!!!! a year ago i got to 10.82 cashed out it never got sent. tried again yesterday to give them the benefit of the doubt got to 18.92 cashed out never got sent to my paypal, they don’t reply to emails or messages on the app. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ITS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!

I don’t know what all these 1 star reviews are talking about. I’ve withdrawn 120 dollars on my paypal account in a week. Yes the withdrawals take around 2-3 days but they always arrive without any problems. The customer support replies fast and gives compensation for things that go wrong. Absolutely great website

takes forever to get to minimum and then you’re not allowed to cash out when you do. whole waste of time, hope they get sued for fraud

Wonderful experience since becoming a member of Zap Surveys ! "Any and all concerns are answered immediately" and followed up until resolved ! Incentives are paid as promised to payment method of choice. Highly recommend Zap Survey and so glad to be a member !

Been doing Zap surveys and now that it's time to cashout I can't. Keep telling me to use a verify account been using the same PayPal account for years. I sent them a email all I get someone will get back with you soon. Wish I would have read the reviews first before spending so much time on this app. From now on I'm gonna check in with Trustpilot before downloading another survey app and read the reviews.

Fraud site, charged me for a hotel and when I showed up they didn't have the reservation. Customer service number is a sham where they pretend to resolve your issues but never do. Card was charged and had to dispute claim to get money back. Do not use

blocked after reaching $3.57 with mostly $.02 failed surveys accumulated. I would suggest doing only the larger legitimate survey sites through a browser and not risking with newer apps. zap is a scam for 99% of most people who are not special woke unicorn flying spaghettis monsters in the sky. And even then the sensitive little snowflakes will get offended and block you eventually for failing to grow more toxically radically left progressive enough of a citizen along with them - fast enough to their liking before getting locked out of the cult. This is the kind of moderator profile that runs 100% of commercial internet sites.

This company is dishonest and a disgrace. I have tried to give them a chance, thinking this would be a one time situation. But it wasn’t. They started doing it constantly. They steer there surveys for there client. You could spend 20 minutes doing a fair honest assessment on a survey only to be told at the end “Opps Something went wrong”. Only because you gave your honest opinion. No pay for your time. Nothing.
