This survey app SUCKS! I dont know if you can cash out or not because im not gonna make it that far. Im currently at $10.87 and im done and will forfeit the $$. Too many glitches with their surveys but somehow glitches happen after your almost done with surveys so they get thier info, SUPER hard to advance, low paying surveys, SCAM!!!!!

This is a scam! They make it impossible to get to the $25.00 pay out amount. I got to $22.00 and believe me with nearly 90% of the surveys disqualifying you or being broken that took me weeks. I contacted support to be met with automated replies and links to other survey sights! Infuriating! Then after I emailed them to make them aware all the surveys were broken or weren't paying me I then had numerous errors.. Suspicious of say! Now my money's Sat there.. No surveys work and the ones that do don't pay me at the end. Don't waste your time people

Overall I like the surveys, the problem I have with this site, is you have to reach $25.00 for cash out!! I think this is ridiculous, especially with all the other survey platforms that have much lower cash out options.

I don’t know why other people say they can’t cash out. I just cashed out and even though it might pay a little compare to othersites. It still works!

I did zap surveys 2 years ago, they never , really pay out to me but 1cent to my Paypal, account, I did all these surveys, for nothing, I was so angry & embarrassed by it. I E Mai them 2 times said they would get back to me , I ask them to be fair to me that's be 2 years ago never Received but 1 lousy penny, they are untrustworthy, &, not fair to people in general ,they leave you holding the Bag please listen never go for this company Thanks! My experience is great because I can do this every day since I have time. I love the company and I also, trust the company. So far I have made $25 every time in total I've made $150 and that feels good This app is legit I would recommend it to anyone. Just give it time and you will see your money.

Lowest paying survey and never received my cash out.

Loads of survey take all your info (age/postcode etc) and then reject you - equalling no reward
Takes a long long painful time to earn money!

So I have cashed out 2 times before. This time I cash out, I never got my money. I have contacted support but they never responded!!

It has been more than three weeks close to a month since I cashed out $25, I still haven't received my money. What A Scam!

Stay away people you won't get paid you'll do surveys when they work I've done surveys that took a half hour you finish it suddenly you don't qualify they also freeze up at the end ITS A SCAM!!!
this way the survey providers get their completed surveys and zap gets their quota of surveys and it cost them both NOTHING What a scam I bet they get paid NOT WORTH IT I'm leaving over $17 there because I've had it

Don’t waist your time . They don’t want to pay now. You will complete survey and they will send you message that you are not qualified and will pay you only 2 cents . Greedy company using people and their time for free.

I read what all of you are saying in reference to zap surveys, but I honestly had a totally different experience. I spent two weeks doing surveys and today I received my payment of 25.86 dollars. I requested it yesterday and they sent it to me today. Happy and going for more!!!

Cashed out for a $25 Amazon and have not recieved it. Keep getting the run around and only a generated responce from Zap.
This is FREUD and a scam

Spent a lot of time on surveys to cash out at 25, never received my cash out, contacted support about 7 times before they actually responded and said I received it, when I didn’t, THIS IS A SCAM! Do not waste your time with them, you will never be rewarded.

I done a $50 cash out and still haven’t received anything yet it tells me on app it was sent to my email. I’ve wrote zap support for the past month everyday and still no response. Don’t waste your time doing surveys that you aren’t ever gonna get paid for.

Zap survey it’s a scam they have not pay me what they owe me.

For two weeks now I have tried for them to pay but they haven’t.

they doesn't deserve even zero rating 😡 never give your rewards when you cash out that never comes into your paypal or anywhere so don't waste your precious time on this stupid app and they never answer you 😡 worse app ever used

What I like about Zap Surveys is that it has a daily reward system where everyday, you just go on the app and claim that daily reward of $0.03. It may not be much, but it totally adds up over time. In 1 month (31 days), you would have earned $0.93 from the daily reward. This is more than how much my savings account makes as interest. The only downside is that you can only redeem the money once you have $25. I redeemed many times and they DO PAY me. I don't know why there are many reviews about them not paying at all.
