Great value and service
I needed a large quantity of lollipops for prizes at a charity fund-raiser event. I had been let down by another supplier so I found ZapSweets.
I placed an order on Wednesday morning and received a shipping notification within the hour. The sweets arrived on Thursday afternoon. a little over 30hrs all in.
Exactly as ordered, and just what I needed.
I'd like to mention Chloe in customer support who gave clear, friendly, and helpful communication whilst I was stressing about if this would arrive in time.
Absolutely will use again.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. The delivery company did not communicate well and so I thought my parcel had not been delivered. My email was responded to quickly and matter resolved. Sweets were well packaged and competitively priced.

I’ve ordered sweets from Zap before and sweets and service was good, this time I had a problem with the sweets being to hard to eat. I emailed customer service and got a reply straight away and an offer for a refund or new batch of sweets to be delivered. Great customer service.

Great sweets and delivered fast
Order was sent out quickly especially as included Bank holiday. I was delighted to receive order in immaculate condition as strong box and packaging prevented sweets from being crushed. Sweets as ever are very tasty and reasonably priced. Definitely purchase from Zaps again just as soon as I have munched my way through this order 😁
