The product is really good. It really is warm even though it may seem thin.

Too small
The size is not realistic. I ordered 200x200 for a bed size 200x160 and 160x200 for a bed size 140x200 and still it is too small.

Waste of my well earned money
I Ordered 2 all season duvets. When it was time to wash it. We found that one is thicker than the other. Now that it is actually freezing outside the thinner one doesn’t keep me warm at all.
Trying to explain this to the customer service (chatbot?) didn’t lead to a resolution, she even suggested that it was the washing machine to blame.

Delivery never happened
I always had good experiences with Zalesta but this last time has ruined all their previous good work. My order of Nov 1 was never delivered and despite calling them, no solution found. We are simply not sure at this point if we will get the product or a refund. It’s disappointing

Het materiaal doet een beetje goedkoop en dun aan Wel is het lekker warm maar is wel even wennen.
