I ordered my products and the website is showing that everything is available and they will deliver within 3 days. Now I just heared that it takes a minimum of two weeks to deliver and I need it quicker. Very annoying and if I knew it before, I would not have bought it.

Waiting 19 days for order, no contact possible
I'm waiting already for 19 days for my order. Try to contact them 4 times, they dont't react on anything. Paid more then 200 pound and still waiting. I hope I ever recieve my package.

Recieved it after 21 days. The bedding itself is wonderful, but the poor accessibility/communication and the absurdly long delivery times mean I won't be ordering again anytime soon. I also received no compensation for the long wait times.

No customer service!
I ordered my duvets a week ago and have tried to contact Zelesta twice to ask about an expected delivery date. I would expect an automated response acknowledging receipt but have had nothing, nor a response, nor my duvets.
UPDATE: despite the acknowledgement here and asking me to contact customer services (again) with my personal details, I have still had no response.
I tried the online chat which seemed to indicate I could expect my delivery between 8 and 14 July which is clearly in the past!
2nd Update: I've now received a response thank you and have agreed to cancel the order.

I ordered with their 1+1 sale. Ordered 2xZelesta Beautybed - Champagne Dreams and 1× Zelesta Beautybed Kussensloop Set van 2 - Champagne Dreams. I like the product, it is very comfortable. It helped me a lot during my pregnancy.
Shopping on the website is ok. The only thing i missed during shopping was a more clear explanation about the ‘Numbers’ 1 2 3 4… i had to look it up with FAQ. But it would be more convenient to see the table at the product detail page.
