The pink suit I ordered was 3 piece, it's dopatta is very thin and looks like the suit will only last one season. Please improve quality. 3000 rupees is not a small amount for a 3 piece suit.

I had a disappointing experience at first, but the way it was handled later really changed my perception.
I had placed an order during Ramadan and had already paid online, as the dress was meant to be an Eid gift for my sister. Unfortunately, the suit didn’t arrive on time and Eid passed without it, which was quite upsetting.
However, after Eid, their team reached out to me via email and offered a solution. They asked me to place a new order using the same paid amount. I followed their instructions, and Alhamdulillah, the new suit arrived within 4–5 days. The quality was amazing and totally worth the wait.
To my surprise, 1–2 weeks after the delivery, I also received a men’s perfume as a complimentary gift, which was a very kind gesture.
Although the initial delay was disappointing, I truly appreciate the customer support and how they made up for it. In the end, it turned into a positive experience.
Very very bad experience. I order from zellbury 2 weeks ago with paid order, still waiting. I complaint but they dont bother. Not trustworthy at all. Plz dont buy if you want your order @time. Moreover there is no real tracking order.

Zellbury Attock branch has pathetic service and are rude with customers. They have trying limit while having only one trying room .I selected some pieces which the worker kept mixing in all bundle more than one time and even did not let us buy that Workers were like were are busy and are obliged to see everyone . It took me 2 hours to select those pieces of clothes .Workers were supporting in rude behaviour of each other .
They said it's our policy that you can try 3-4 clothes no more than that in trying room even if it's their policy they didn't have sign their so that people should have knowledge about it .

It feels like Zellbury’s website is messed up.
It’s like walking into a shop that has an amazing collection and you’re ready to buy — but there are 100 locks on the door, and 100 different keys scattered on the ground. You have to try every single key to find the right one just to open the shop. If you don’t, you’re forced to walk away.
That’s exactly how the website experience feels — too many barriers between the customer and the product.

I had ordered online and made the payment as well. It was an urgent order but they failed to deliver me on time and I had to get the purchase done on cash as well on the promise of getting the voucher back.
But just today, even on marking the order to return they deliver it and even didn't bother to call me before delivering and my neighbour received it.
I was a good customer of Zellbury due to their fast delivery service and quality of items but would never shop again most probably.

They delivered a wrong size suit on 26may2025. I launched a complaint to either replace with ordered size or refund my money but initially they insisted me to go to their outlet (26km away from my location). But when I refused and told that I did online shopping then they issued coupon voucher of same value to shop again. Now I am asking them to refund my money because I don't want again to repeat the cycle. Initially they agreed to refund and when I returned the article to them they are now making lame excuses that refund can"t be made as it's not company's policy. It's 9feb2026 and I am still begging my own money from them. Worst ever most pathetic customer services and thug company zellburry...

Very bad experience, poor fabric, poor printing, poor customer services, selling the products by saying embroidered but actually they are not. I have reported to the zellbury care about it and they asked for the picture of suit but no one responded back after viewing it. May be have no courage to face truth and to owe the fraud.

It was very disappointing to buy a dress from Zellbury. I wore it only once, and the embroidery already got damaged. Now it’s not even wearable. I was not expecting such poor quality for this price.

ZELLBURY you must 1st look at your online portal including calling center, very frustrating services. Had ordered on 6th December and still struggling to get the hands on it. Extremely poor service. I would advise everyone not tobuy anything through website. You'll lose money and experience frustrating customer service.

Very bad in online delivery , delivered suit in pakistan in 10 days. I ordered first and last time.
Truly pathetic people. I placed an online order and paid upfront via bank card. Out of 4 articles that I ordered, they didn't deliver one article unapologetically and upon my inquiring, admitted that they canceled that article due to 'quality issues'. I requested them to initiate a refund for that article but they shared a voucher code instead and asserted me to place a new order and redeem that code.
I told them to either send the article that I ordered or pay back the amount but they are very stubborn. I'm seriously disappointed by the way they handle grievances. SHAME ON YOU!

I am writing this review after experiencing worst online shopping experience.
I received only one item in my parcel whereas two items were supposed to be delivered. The Zellbury receipt inside the package showed the purchasing of two items, one is the one I ordered and the other one was wrong and also not received. It was a paid order.
I complained through calls customer service, emails and Whatsapp but no response is received. They have the pathetic customer service as they neither provide any update nor resolve the issue. Even they are not reimbursing my payment. They simply don't reply. They don't even issue a complain number for tracking complain.
I have been approaching them continuously for last 5 days but they are not giving any positive response and update.
I will never recommend Zellbury to anyone for shopping.
