Zenowell device boosts my HRV
I used the vagus nerve stimulation device from zenowell to improve my vagal tone. I used my iwatch to track HRV and stress index. After 3 weeks, it really improved, although not a lot. I can see the change in the pattern of HRV. if you are looking for a HRV boost device, you can have a try.
